Welcome to this deep sleep guided meditation.

Find a comfortable position.

Make sure you take a nice big stretch and come along for this ride into a deep sleep.

Reiki is flowing to you through this meditation as long as you accept it.

If not that is totally okay as well.

Breathing your breath.

Breathing in through the nose and audible exhale out through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose,

Audible exhale out.

Breathing in through the nose,

Last time audible exhale out through the mouth.

Allowing your breath to find its natural cycle.

Just a simple breath in and out is all that is required here.

Accepting what may have gone on during the day.

Reicing anything from yesterday,

Today or even tomorrow that may be concerning you.

And just being with your breath as we funnel in to our body.

I invite you to visualize a set of stairs with each stair you take.

You're drifting deeper and deeper into sleep and rest.

And take a step down,

We rest.

I'll leave you in silence while you walk your flight of stairs down into rest.

Descending the last couple of stairs down,

Down to the ground.

You see a beautiful place to slumber with your bed in the middle.

Gently take a step,

Feeling every part of your foot on the ground in a dreamlike state as you're slowly moving towards your bed.

Soon you reach your bed.

Restful.

You slow your breathing down 30 to 60 percent.

This allows your nervous system to know that it's time for sleep.

You are safe here,

100 percent safe to rest and to let go.

Reiki is flowing to you through your meditation practice.

Reiki will help you sleep.

It aids in relaxing the body.

If this does not feel comfortable for you,

That's totally okay.

You don't have to accept.

Just allow the meditation to do what it's meant to do.

Breathing here,

Allowing my voice to trail off as you drift deeper and deeper.

Into sleep and rest.

Remembering you are totally safe here.

This is a space of love and support.

Using your breath to slow even more.

If you have any thoughts,

Allow them to attach to one of the clouds floating above and let them float away.

All that's required of you is to breathe and rest.

To just let go even for a little while.

Finding the pauses between my words.

This space of nothingness.

The space of the beginning of a deep sleep.

Allowing your breath to drift off as you drop deeper and deeper into sleep.

Breathing in and out.
