Focusing in on your breath as you inhale in and let it go.
As you focus on your breathing beginning to bring the mantra to your mind on the inhale here on the exhale now here now allowing all of your energy to land back in your body as you slowly bring your awareness down to your womb space,
Your sacral chakra,
The space between your hips,
Your center of creation.
Breathing in here out now focusing your attention on your womb space.
Beginning to recognize the color,
The emotions,
The energy of your womb.
It may feel dull,
It may feel blocked or dark.
Maybe you can't even visualize or feel into this space.
That is perfect.
Beginning to bring the breath now down to the womb as you repeat that mantra here now here in the womb space,
Your center of your divine feminine,
Of creation,
Of birthing new life and beginning to fill this space with the color of orange,
Allowing this orange light that you fill this space with to illuminate any energy that isn't yours,
Any chords,
Maybe there's emotions here.
Allowing this orange light to transcend all that it illuminates as you take back and reclaim your sacral chakra,
Your womb space.
And as this light shifts the unwanted stagnant energy allowing it to shift with the breath,
Allowing your breath to shift what is illuminated with this orange light.
Placing your hands now on your womb space to connect in physically with your womb,
Activating your sacred feminine,
Activating the creation,
The surrender,
The flow,
Your intuition,
Your magical manifesting abilities.
Feeling your hands glowing in this beautiful orange light as they connect with your womb.
Knowing you have activated your womb space,
You are connected to your womb.
Coming back to your breath,
The mantra here now,
Here now as you bring your energy back into the space,
Keeping your eyes closed and taking all the time you need to come back.
Knowing with this divine connection you have created with your womb,

Your intuition,
