Blessings,

This is Brenda Cary.

For our healing journey today,

We will be combining a three-card pull from your favorite oracle card deck and use the images and symbols from those cards into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice.

So,

Gather your favorite oracle card deck and let's begin.

You can either close the eyes down all the way or just a soft gaze,

Really breathing a little bit more deeply,

Helping you to ground and center.

If you'd like,

You can place a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly,

Attuning to the oracle cards that we draw for inspiration and insight,

Knowing that the cards that we draw will have a message for deeper knowing.

On an exhale,

Releasing any physical tension,

Any mental tension,

Creating this soft and quiet space,

And taking in a final deep breath in,

Cleansing breath out.

And when you feel complete,

Blinking the eyes open and letting the light come in.

For the first card,

It is going to represent our soul's intention for this healing journey.

Now,

Please keep in mind,

This is not meant for you to memorize the card.

Gaze at it.

Your subconscious mind will remember what it's supposed to remember and the rest will just fall to the periphery.

You don't need to worry about it.

And we are going to be using this as a part of our Yoga Nidra practice,

Whichever card that you have chosen.

So,

For this next card pull,

This card is going to reflect the truth of who you are right now,

In this present moment.

You're going to remember the images that you need to remember.

It doesn't have to be fully memorized.

And your subconscious will absorb what it needs to.

And for our final card,

This is our future card.

So,

It's what is calling you forward into the future you're becoming.

Again,

Really notice the image of the card.

Notice what colors,

Symbols stand out for you.

You don't need to remember any of the words.

For the Yoga Nidra portion,

This is your meditation.

Yoga Nidra traditionally is done lying down,

But you don't need to lie down.

You can be seated if you wish.

It is a highly guided meditation.

If your mind wanders,

Just gently bring it back to my voice.

And we are going to move through each layer of consciousness,

From the physical body to the pranic body,

Your breath,

To the mind,

Both lower and higher mind,

And then finally to your intuition,

And then to your connection to highest self.

At the very end,

Be about a minute or two of silence.

Just hold the silence for yourself,

And then I will call you out.

So,

Either lie down or come to a comfortable seat.

Allow the earth to hold you completely.

Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

And this is your time to receive.

Let your awareness gently rest at the space between your brow,

Your third eye.

And imagine a soft light there,

Like moonlight behind your closed eyes.

Your third eye is a quiet watcher at the gateway of your dreams.

Stay here for just a breath or two longer,

Sensing your center of inner vision.

Now let this awareness expand like a ripple across your body.

Beginning at the third eye and moving slowly downward.

Notice your eyes,

Cheeks,

Jaw,

Throat.

Feel your collarbones,

Shoulders,

All the way down your arms,

To the top of your hands,

And the palms of your hands.

Bringing awareness to your heart space.

Noticing the sacred rhythm of your heart,

Your ribcage,

Your belly.

Moving down to the hips,

Pelvis,

Thighs,

Down to the knees,

Down to the lower legs,

Ankles,

Top of both feet,

And the soles of both feet.

Notice your whole body,

Grounded and held by Mother Earth.

Your whole body,

Expansive and aware.

Now notice your breath.

Notice the texture and the pace.

Notice the rise and fall,

The rhythm of your sacred breath.

Like an ocean tide,

The breath flows in and out.

No need to change it in any way.

Just witness as you are being breathed.

Now welcome the feeling of lightness in your body,

As if you were floating.

Again,

Noticing lightness in your body,

As if you could float.

Now notice its opposite,

Feeling heaviness in the body,

Dense and rooted to the earth.

Again,

Feeling heaviness in the body.

Now feel warmth in your body,

Like sunlight on your skin.

Feeling warmth.

And now its opposite,

Coolness.

Feeling coolness,

Like a soft breeze.

Like a breeze moving through you.

Let both opposites exist within you,

Drifting between each one.

You are both,

And infinitely more.

Now invite in the feeling of contentment,

A sense that all is well.

Now welcoming in its opposite,

Restlessness,

A desire to shift or move.

Feel both emotions arise,

Contentment and restlessness,

And then feel them fade.

Now feeling the emotion of trust,

A deep knowing that you are divinely guided.

Trust.

And now its opposite,

Uncertainty,

The not knowing.

Again,

Feel both emotions arise,

Trust and uncertainty,

And then feel them fade.

For you are the quiet witness,

The soul who watches without clinging.

Now let the oracle card images that you received return gently to your awareness.

Let them drift in like a dream,

Or rise up like a memory from your bones.

Remember your first card.

Guide your soul's intention.

It glows in your inner vision.

Let its colors and energy flow into your heart space.

Allow it to guide the rhythm of your breath.

As you listen within,

Perhaps it speaks of a longing for a truth whispered in the silence of your heart.

Trust that this intention is already unfolding within you,

And it is carried by the pulse of your soul's knowing.

Now bring to mind the image of your second oracle card.

The image of who you are now that reflects the truth of who you are presently,

And feel it expand through your whole body.

Allow the colors,

Images,

Or symbols affirm your presence in this moment.

This card is a mirror showing you the medicine of your current season.

Let it remind you that your wholeness includes both your shadows and your shining.

And finally,

Bringing to mind the image of your third oracle card,

Your future self,

What is calling you forward like a light on the horizon.

Feel it drawing you forward with quiet magnetism.

There may be a feeling or a symbol or a glimmer of what your heart already knows.

This image is your becoming,

A sacred whisper from the next evolution of you.

Let its energy infuse you with trust,

With joy,

And a timeless remembering.

Your intuition carries the medicine of these oracle images deep into your being.

There is nothing to figure out,

Only to feel and allow.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Feel the connection between you and the cosmos.

Between you and the great mystery.

A thread of light linking you to your highest self that is wise,

Compassionate,

And whole.

Allow yourself to rest here,

Knowing you are the intention.

Allow this time of silence to integrate the messages you have received and receive this love.

Begin to deepen your breath just slightly.

Before you open your eyes,

Once again bring to mind the image of the first oracle card,

Your soul's intention.

The second oracle card,

The reflection of the truth of who you are right now.

And finally,

The third oracle card,

Your future self,

That which is calling you forward into your becoming.

Simply trust that their meaning is already living within you,

And your intuition is alive and awakened.

When you feel ready,

Begin to make some small movement,

Coming back to this sacred space that you have created.

And when you feel complete,

Open your eyes and let the light in.

And so it is.
