Welcome to the Warrior's Breath Meditation.

This session activates your body,

Sharpens your focus and grounds you in a deep masculine presence.

Sit tall.

Relax your shoulders.

Keep your spine straight like a mountain.

Take a slow inhale through the nose.

Fill your lungs.

Hold for two seconds.

And exhale with control.

Again.

Inhale deeply.

Hold.

Exhale slowly.

Now settle into a steady rhythm.

Feel your breath entering your body like a wave of strength.

Warriors breathe differently.

They breathe with intention,

With awareness,

With power.

Place your attention on your lower belly.

This is your power center,

The seat of your masculine energy.

Inhale into your belly.

Feel it expand.

Exhale.

Feel it soften.

Again.

Inhale.

Power rises.

Exhale.

Tension melts.

Now we begin the Warrior Breath sequence.

Now imagine a ring of energy around your lower body.

This is the masculine root,

Repeat silently.

I breathe with purpose.

I am rooted.

I am unshakable.

Now let's shift to the next phase.

Fast inhale through the nose.

Slow.

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale.

Controlled.
