In this meditation,

We're going to let go of time because time creates a lot of pressure on us.

Time could be about the past or the future.

Maybe it could be about when we have to get certain things done by a period of time.

It could be about a five-year road map that we have for ourselves of where we want to see ourselves in five years.

But all of this focus on time keeps us constantly under pressure.

And when we're under pressure,

We're not at ease and we're not in flow with everything around us.

And so in this meditation,

We're going to forget that time even exists and just let go and be totally in the present moment and experience what it's like being timeless and being outside of time.

So before we begin,

Please ensure that you're seated comfortably or laying down comfortably and go ahead and close your eyes.

And let's take a few deep breaths to begin to let go of any of any tension or stress that we're holding in our bodies.

Deep breath in and breathe out.

Deep breath in and deep breath in and breathe out.

Let's notice just how much pressure time puts on us and how our lives are so strongly governed by time.

And so on your mind,

You might think of when you have to pay your bills that's based on time.

And when you get paid,

That's based on time.

And when you have to do certain things,

And that's based on time.

But beneath that is a lot of have tos and must tos and should tos.

And it creates a lot of pressure in the body.

And so for the next few minutes,

Let's take all of those things that we need to do in our lives day to day and pack it up in a box,

Put a nice bow tie around it,

And just set it aside.

To put all your things in a box,

All the expectations you have for yourself,

On others,

On your goals and your achievements.

Take all of that,

Everything you want to do and accomplish with your life based on time frames you have in your mind.

Take all of that,

Put it in a box,

Tie it,

And set it aside.

And just completely free yourself of anything you have to be,

Or do,

Or want,

Or have.

And just let go.

The future doesn't exist.

And neither does the past.

The only reality that exists right now is that you're sitting or laying down with your eyes closed and just breathing.

This is your only reality.

And when we bring ourselves to this space as often as possible,

This space expands over time.

And expands and expands.

And over time,

It becomes our state of being.

A clearing is formed within,

Where all these things that we need to achieve are no longer needs.

And the only thing that's real is that you're breathing,

And you're in your body.

And you're living your life.

And this is a deep sense of liberation and freedom that we can only experience when we're in the present and we're timeless.

Deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Deep breath in.

Do you notice any tension in your body that we can let go of right now?

Focus on your head,

Your face,

Your eyebrows,

Around your ears.

Let go of any tension that you feel.

And move your focus down to your throat,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest and your abdomen,

Your back,

Your glutes,

Your thighs,

Your calves,

And your shin.

Your feet and toes.

Let it all go.

Let go of anything you're holding in your body.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Our time together is coming to an end for this session.

But you're more than welcome to continue meditating.

And if not,

Just take this feeling of openness and expansiveness and deep rest with you throughout your day.

Be kind and gentle and loving with yourself.
