This is a 10-minute loving-kindness meditation where we cultivate kindness and compassion towards ourselves, through attitudes and well-wishes. Being compassionate towards yourself is the start of all loving-kindness, because if we can't learn to love ourselves, how could we expect to genuniely love others? The practice begins and ends with a little mindfulness of breathing to help us get centered and grounded before we start the primary practice of self-compassion.
