Ryan is a Mindfulness Teacher, Vocal Sound Therapist, and Musician based in Bristol, in the UK. He advocates a holistic approach wellbeing rooted in mindfulness, vocal expression, and embodied practices. While there are certain aspects of his practice that are well suited to private or individual work, he firmly believes that lasting growth, insight, and healing happens in relationships; as such, he is committed to engaging with and supporting communities, and teaching and learning with groups. Ryan serves to empower people to explore themselves with curiosity, liberate themselves from the invisible barriers of the mind, and become the authentic creators of new possibilities.
