Ryan is a Mindfulness Teacher, Vocal Sound Therapist, and Musician based in Bristol, in the UK. He advocates a holistic approach wellbeing rooted in mindfulness, vocal expression, and embodied practices. Individual work is valuable, and an important aspect of any personal practice; however, Ryan believes that lasting growth, insight, and healing happens in community, in relation to others; as such, he is committed to engaging with and supporting communities, and teaching and facilitating groups. Ryan's mission is to cultivate and serve spaces and communities with the highest degree of ethical integrity and safety, in which people may connect, and explore and express themselves authentically, free from judgement, with loving encouragement and skilled facilitation where appropriate.
