Continuing to consciously breathe in a circular motion is great for sleeping aid, mental clarity, and relieve anxiety. Headphones are recommened to immerse with the music as well.

Welcome,

And thank you for joining.

What a beautiful day it is.

You may go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Whether it's laying down on your yoga mat,

On your bed,

Or on your chair,

Whichever seems more comfortable for you,

As long as your spine,

Your back is straight.

Let's go ahead and close in our eyes,

Putting our hands above our hearts,

And just simply taking in a deep breath in,

Exhaling it out.

Another deep breath in,

Exhaling it out.

And one more deep breath in,

And exhale.

Now as you continue to circularly breathe,

Tune in to an intention that you may have for this class today.

This intention can be something that you would like to release,

Or something that you would like to receive.

Maybe if it's even both,

Something emotional,

Something physical,

Or maybe even a dream,

For some guidance and some clarity.

Breathing into that,

And visualizing this intention.

How does it look if it was happening to you right now?

How does it feel to be happening right now?

Breathing into that.

Allowing your breath to guide you.

Breathing within your entire being,

As oxygen reaches to all parts of you,

From head to toe.

Visualizing this air,

This oxygen,

Your breath,

Spreading throughout your entire body.

Breathing,

Detoxifying,

Energizing.

What's coming up for you right now?

What does it feel like?

Breathing into your breath,

Listening to your heart,

And feel,

Feel,

Feel,

Feel.

Breathing into that energy,

That warmth.

As you continue your breathing at your own rhythm,

Maintain a circular breathing motion.

No pause between the inhale or the exhale.

A deep breath in,

And slowly,

Gentle exhale.

If any thoughts come by,

Simply allow them to come and return back to your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.
