Affirming Your Goodness The mind is tricky.

Pleasant and unpleasant experiences rarely show up at the same time and place.

With the many ways we are bombarded with unpleasant thoughts,

We can balance the weight of our unpleasant thoughts by affirming our goodness.

In this guided meditation,

Allow yourself to be nurtured by these words.

You might find this meditation more enjoyable by lying down.

Settle in.

Take a few deep breaths.

As you rest in,

Hear and feel the melody of these words.

Take them in for yourself,

Then share them freely with others.

I am a beautiful creation,

A divine original.

I celebrate the many ways life has been a great teacher.

I have all that I need.

I can handle whatever life offers with ease.

I am safe within myself.

I flow easily with change.

The choices I make lead to happiness.

There is nothing wrong in my life.

Life is perfect in its imperfection.

I see goodness in all beings.

I accept others as they are.

I don't need to change them.

My past strengthens me.

I receive all of my blessings with gratitude.

Life supports me.

I cherish the richness of my solitude.

I give thanks for the clarity of mind that comes from sitting in stillness.

I acknowledge my goodness.

This acknowledgement is enough.

I can look at what I have done,

Make amends,

Forgive myself,

And move on.

My thoughts make me feel good about myself and others.

I choose the path of inner peace.

I let peace permeate all of my concerns.

I see the value of not always knowing the answer.

I give thanks for the darkness and the light in my life.

All of my experiences are my teachers.

I commit myself to kind thoughts and actions.

I awaken to the miracle of life.

I engage in activities that honor the goodness of others.

I trust that the right actions are occurring in my life.

I let go easily.

This moment is fully satisfying.

I dwell in the beauty of nature that surrounds me.

I am safe and free to love all conscious beings.

I easily rest in my body,

Mind,

And spirit.

I put into practice what will serve my life and others.

I create peace and harmony in my life.

This was wonderful and perfect for those days when I need to be reminded of my goodness. please consider using a lower toned, a lower pitched bell at the end for people like me with a noise sensitivity (hyperacusis, tinnitus) thank you πŸ™
