
Angel Love Messages - 2.24.2021

Here is the recording from my Insight Timer LIVE Session on 2.24.2021. We begin this practice by checking in and relaxing our body, mind, and breath. We then move into visualizations of angels whispering messages of love into us. We listen to affirmations with the option to switch the wording to "what would it feel like to..." if the messages don't resonate. I hope this practice leaves you with a sense of patience, peace, and love. Namaste.

Whenever you are ready,
You can take a nice big cleansing breath.
And just letting this inhale be a bit slower than usual.
So that you really feel yourself filling up with this life force energy.
You feel your body filling up with new and fresh air.
And then just letting that all go,
Maybe sighing it out.
Again,
Letting this exit slower than usual.
Dragging it out so that you can fully empty yourself with any stale energy that doesn't need to be there anymore.
And you can go ahead and breathe like that a few more times if you need it.
Just welcoming in new and fresh air and releasing anything that no longer serves you.
And just start to pay attention to what your natural posture is.
And this can be if you're sitting or laying down.
And just feel that the back of your skull,
The top of your neck,
Is aligned with your pelvic floor.
So you feel that clear channel of energy up and down the spinal cord.
And feel that triangular shape from your collarbones and your sternum.
And allow that to get to spread and get a little bit wider,
Get a little prouder.
So your shoulders gently come back and down.
They're not pulling back,
They're not hunched forward,
They're just in that neutral position.
And they're relaxed down away from the ears.
So you feel the full length of your neck as the crown of your head,
The very tippy top of your head,
Just starts to lift toward the ceiling a slight amount.
And you can totally soften your forehead.
And feel the corners of your eyes getting a little bit wider.
All the muscles that usually scrunch up when you squint,
Allowing those muscles to soften as you feel each eyelash get just a tiny bit more distance in between.
You can totally surrender your eyes from the outside world of looking.
And turning that gaze inward,
Noticing what your internal landscape looks like right now.
And maybe it just looks like the back of your eyelids,
Maybe it's just black,
Maybe there's some shapes or colors or maybe more vivid visions that you're seeing.
But whatever you are seeing,
Just stay in that role of the observer.
There's no need to try hard to think about what you're seeing or focus too deeply or make judgments about what you see.
Allow yourself to release the thinking process.
This practice is in energetic and bodily listening.
There is no thinking required of you.
As you remind yourself of that,
You can feel your brain relaxing a little bit more,
Allowing your brain to be cradled by the skull,
Allowing your jaw to relax,
Your tongue to soften.
And feeling the insides of your cheeks become a little bit softer.
And that softness transferring to the outsides of the cheeks.
And feeling the insides of your cheeks become a little bit softer.
And that softness transferring to the outsides of the cheeks.
The teeth and the gums,
The chin,
The insides of the lips,
And the outsides of the lips.
The ears,
The hairline,
The scalp,
Even all the tiny little hair follicles on your head.
Just feeling everything about your head and your face completely surrender to this moment,
Completely surrender to gravity,
Releasing the need to hold any of that up.
Letting any expression on the face,
Erase from the face.
And allow that softness to spread down your neck and your throat,
Spread across the shoulders,
Across the collarbones,
Across the shoulder blades,
Kind of like a little bit of a paintbrush,
Just spreading down across your chest,
Down your arms,
The upper arms,
The elbows,
The lower arms,
The lower arms,
The lower arms,
The lower arms,
The lower arms,
The lower arms.
Down your arms,
The upper arms,
The elbows,
The lower arms,
The wrists,
And the hands and fingers.
So feeling your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
All just completely surrender under this soft energy.
And allowing that to come down into the heart center.
So tuning into the rhythm of your heartbeat for a moment here.
Maybe being able to hear the rhythm of your own heartbeat.
Just checking in and reminding yourself of all the work your heart does for you every moment of the day to keep you alive.
Reminding yourself of the miracle that is your heartbeat.
And letting that gratitude add to the softness as this continues to paint down your body.
This continues to paint down your body,
Down the front of the chest and the ribcage,
The sides of your ribcage,
And the back of the ribcage.
Coming down into the stomach,
Into the lower back.
So your whole torso now is feeling safe and soft underneath this healing energy.
And not worrying too much if there's still some tension residing.
This is just our first go around.
I'm just bringing that overall awareness to these areas in our body.
As we continue to feel the softness trickle down the lower belly,
The hips,
The pelvic region,
The pelvic floor,
The glutes.
Releasing any remaining tension here.
And down the upper thighs,
The middle and lower thighs,
The knees,
The shins,
The calves,
The ankles,
The feet,
And the toes.
Now just seeing the shape of your body.
So you've brought a tiny bit of awareness to every point in the body.
So in your mind's eye,
Seeing the perfect outline of your body.
Seeing how much space you're taking up.
And it's hard to bring some attention back to your heart center.
Again tuning into that rhythm of your heartbeat.
And as you're listening to your heart,
Start to open up your ears to the full soundscape of listening around you.
And hear your heart and your heart as you're listening to your heart.
So listening to all of the different layers of sounds outside of you,
Inside of you.
Far away and close to you.
Even if there are some maybe distracting or less than pleasant sounds,
You can practice allowing these to just be there.
Just be a part of your environment.
Start to notice that gentle pulsing sensation of the ears,
Almost in unison with your heartbeat.
And then allow your ears to really open up and welcome in sounds of love.
Maybe sounds or messages beyond what you can physically hear.
Maybe messages of love from spirit or from heavens above.
And envision what that would look like or what that does look like as they dance their way into your ears.
And maybe this is in like a misty shape,
Maybe something that's indescribable.
Just imagining,
Maybe even seeing some angels speaking words of love into your ears.
And just the ears are fully accepting these messages.
There's no questioning.
There's no wondering what are they saying or anything like that.
It's just trusting that your body understands these messages even if your mind does not.
So just allowing the body to welcome them in seeing the messages dancing through the mind,
Swirling around in the head,
Just bringing little messages of love to everything inside of the head.
And then watching them start to make their way down the throat and speaking into the heart center.
And whenever anything makes it to our heart center,
It is automatically pushed throughout the entire body,
Our heart pumping blood throughout the entire body.
So when these messages of love enter the heart,
It's just a little bit more than that.
So when these messages of love enter the heart,
They automatically,
Slowly begin to expand and spread to take up the entire body.
Every place that blood reaches,
So do these messages of love.
So do these messages of love.
And as you're allowing this love to continue to spread through your body,
You can notice if there's any areas that are resisting or blocking.
So just noticing any muscles that are tensing up and reminding these areas that it's okay to soften.
So reminding your forehead to relax your jaw,
The shoulders,
The stomach,
The pelvic floor,
The glutes,
The legs,
The feet,
The arms,
The hands.
The deeper you relax,
The less resistance there will be.
Just being very kind to yourself when you do notice resistance.
There is nothing wrong with you.
There's nothing you're doing wrong.
It's impossible to do these practices wrong.
As long as you are here,
You're listening,
And you're attempting,
Just taking the time for this practice.
That is what matters.
That is what goes noticed in the world,
In the spirit world.
I'm just allowing these messages of love to absorb into your subconscious,
Absorb into your self-talk,
Knowing that it is normal and natural to have negative self-talk,
And that it takes a constant watch in order to change that into words of love.
It takes a constant trust in the world,
In yourself.
And just reminding yourself that you are an extension of source energy.
You are energy.
There is some force that created all of energy,
And that is you.
You are an extension of that.
So we all have this ability to tap in to that love.
We are often our own biggest obstacle to that love.
So with your attention back on your heart center,
Just allow a sense of deep compassion for yourself to take over your body.
A deep sense of compassion for all that you've been through.
Reminding yourself that how you would treat your best friend or a small child if they went through what you've went through or are going through what you're going through.
And how much love and patience you would give them in healing.
Just giving that same love and patience to yourself,
Trusting the process.
Spirituality and healing is like a seesaw.
It is not linear.
There are times when it's very easy,
And we feel it,
And we're doing great.
And there's times where we feel completely in the dark.
And there's all those moments in between.
So trusting that wherever you are in that process is exactly where you need to be in this moment.
No one can escape those moments of darkness,
And they are necessary for us to grow.
So repeating to yourself,
I am deeply compassionate with all that I've been through,
All that I'm going through,
And all that I will go through.
And even if you really don't feel that way right now,
You can change that wording to be,
What would I feel like if I was deeply compassionate with what I've been through,
What I'm going through,
And what I will be.
And then you can change that wording to be,
What would I feel like if I was deeply compassionate with what I've been through,
What I'm going through,
And what I will go through.
So just opening up that door of curiosity.
And repeating to yourself,
I love myself fully for who I am.
And if that feels like a lie to you right now,
Then just changing that wording to be,
What would I feel like if I was deeply compassionate with what I've been through,
And just changing that to what would I feel like if I loved myself fully.
And just allowing those feelings to take over the body.
I am grateful for all that I've been through,
All that I'm going through,
And all that I will go through.
I am grateful for everything inside of my body that's keeping me alive.
I am grateful for everything inside of my body that's keeping me alive.
I am grateful for my ability to hear these messages.
I am grateful to have a safe space to hear these messages.
I am grateful for my patience and my love and my support of myself.
I am grateful that I've taken the time to sit and practice with myself.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am secure.
I am creative.
I am joyful,
And I'm worthy of pleasure.
I am confident,
And I am worthy of all great things.
And again,
Any message that doesn't resonate with you,
Just switching that wording to what would I feel like if.
I am honest with myself.
I am honest with my feelings.
I am honest in my communications with myself and therefore with others.
I see myself clearly.
I hear and listen to my inner guide,
My intuition.
And therefore I can see the world around me clearly.
And finally,
I am connected clearly to source energy.
I am connected to the energy that created all of life because I am life.
Once again,
You can feel the crown of your head and the root of your spine reaching in opposite directions a little bit more.
It's feeling the full length of your spinal cord,
The full length of your torso,
Of your neck,
Of your body.
Allowing these messages and these energy to flow freely up and down the spine,
In and out of your energy centers.
Allowing what resonates to stay within you,
Within your cells,
Within your subconscious.
And allowing any negative thoughts or thoughts of doubt to exit the body.
It's not feeling the need to hold on to them when you have these messages of love to hold on to instead.
And begin to take a bit longer and deeper of a breath and calling some more air into the body.
And seeing that air filling you up from the toes to the fingers to the tip of your head,
All corners and edges of the body being energized by this air.
And letting go of anything you don't need on that exhale.
And starting to see yourself again,
See where you are in the room that you're in,
See the shape of your body.
And if it feels natural for you to do so,
Then you can slowly bring your hands to prayer at heart center,
The palms and fingers touching and making contact with one another.
Closing that circuit of energy around your heart.
Feeling all that energy whirling around your heart center.
Your thumbs can press toward the heart and your heart lifts back toward the thumbs.
You can gently bow your head,
Thanking your highest self for guiding you to this practice.
Thinking the energy that created you and thanking everyone else who has practiced with you today.
Knowing that that energy also contributed to what you were feeling.
And thanking yourself for taking the time out of your day knowing any number of things you could be doing and you chose to be here.
Not letting that go unnoticed.
May this practice continue to heal you through the rest of your days and nights.
And may you bring this love into everything that you do and to everyone that you see.

Excellent, I was able to open up and see certain circumstances that have created in me walls of resistence, giving myself permission to let go and let the Universal flow of goodness and good will transmute these feelings into love and freedom from past pains and resentments.
