Welcome to this guided meditation.

May the words that are about to be spoken help you to rest deeply,

May they help you to notice that you are.

May they show you that something always,

Already,

Is ever so present.

And may we discover that this presence is non-personal and in a way our true essence,

Your true me,

You,

Us.

Let's start by taking a deep breath,

Ahh yeah,

And another one,

Slowly in,

Holding it for a little bit and then slowly out,

And one more time,

Deep breath in,

Ahh,

Putting things down,

All the worries that might be running around in your whole system,

All the Maybe even fear,

Fear of the unknown.

Right now we can use this beautiful opportunity to put it all down,

Hmm.

This moment,

Created by life,

Is here to show you that life is to be trusted fully.

The silence that is now palpable might show you that something in life isn't changing,

Isn't worrying,

And that something which has no words is ever so beautiful,

I would say,

Is ever so warm and deep and peaceful.

Maybe,

Maybe if you pay attention right now,

Somehow beyond the words you might be able to sense this deep,

Still,

Warm presence,

Ahh,

Beyond the feeling of you,

The one that you usually seem to experience beyond all this,

Beyond this little me that needs to accomplish a lot of things in life,

At least that's what he or she usually believes,

Having to do a lot in life.

But now life is presenting maybe something new,

Fresh,

Something that is actually always here,

Here without location,

And here without this little me that believes itself to be real and ever so important.

Listen to life right now,

Listen to this beautiful,

Silent,

Natural flow of life right now,

And now beyond time,

Always timeless.

Can you sense that something is totally stable as the breath happens,

As we feel,

Think,

Act,

Worry,

Laugh,

Are joyful,

Are sad,

Within all those mysterious experiences,

If you look closely right now,

Can you somehow sense that something is truly stable,

Unaffected by anything?

But when thoughts arise again,

There's this simple possibility to just let them be,

Or even sort of give them back to the universe,

Wherever they came from,

Just stop when you notice a thought,

Maybe go back to the breath again,

Notice that you are,

Without thinking or interpreting or judging,

You are,

You already are.

So no thoughts,

None whatsoever,

Gone,

There you are,

Aren't you,

No thinking,

No need to chase another thought,

Or feel another feeling,

Or go into a memory,

Nothing at all,

Just this open,

Spacious,

Non-personal awareness,

Presence,

Somehow no longer a weight on your shoulders,

Can you feel it drop away,

Can you maybe feel that somehow something seems to slide off your shoulders,

As if coming back home,

Somehow no longer feeling locked up as being this person,

Breathing more deeply,

Embracing this beautiful spaciousness,

Which is just another word,

But tuning into this spaciousness might show you your true home,

Your true home which is,

In a way,

Infinitely spacious,

Open,

And ever so loving,

Can you sense this right now,

As soon as all thinking fades away,

All these memories,

All these future plans,

All that seems to be so important for you,

If somehow we rest in this,

If somehow we're capable of noticing that underneath and in between there's always this beautiful,

Spacious,

Loving presence,

Can you then notice that life is to be trusted fully,

Can you,

Can you somehow notice that life is okay,

It's bringing you this message somehow,

Mysteriously,

So today in this timeless moment something seems to be communicated,

And this communication is happening automatically,

These words that are pointing beyond the words,

That are pointing beyond all thinking,

All feeling,

Are here to be investigated,

To be embraced,

To be explored,

Imagine this exploration to continue during your day,

When meeting other people,

Suddenly,

Ah,

A beautiful reminder,

There it is,

Ah,

The spaciousness,

This beautiful non-personal field of awareness,

Ah,

There you are,

Open,

Warm,

Loving,

Open to receive,

Open to give,

In that timeless moment the natural flow of life is entering your whole body-mind system so beautifully,

So when after this guided meditation you go into your day,

Know that it's quite likely actually that this reminder will arise,

Since this message today came to you,

It's quite likely that life will suddenly appear differently for you,

Life suddenly bringing you this sweet reminder,

Moment to moment,

To rest deeply,

To rest deeply,

Kind of asking you to stop emphasizing any thought,

To fully stop,

Ah,

Full stop,

Moment to moment,

And this might not always be the case,

Many times a day you'll notice that thinking will take over again,

Being unaware of the fact that you are already before thinking,

We're very unconscious many times a day,

But how beautiful and in a way how radical this shift when suddenly in your life moments of clear seeing and deep insight are there,

And not only while meditating but more and more so while moving through your day,

Interacting with others or while doing the dishes,

Suddenly a reminder will be there,

As if life knocking on your door,

Hello,

Are you there,

Do you notice that you already are,

And might you then be able to notice that life itself is enough,

Can life itself be enough,

Can you feel this right now,

If you ask yourself this question,

Can life itself be enough,

You might want to place your hand on your heart if that feels comfortable,

And then ask this question again,

Can life itself be enough,

And then again thoughts most likely will arise again,

Maybe even negative thinking,

Like,

Well right now it feels very nice and spacious and wonderful,

But what about after this meditation,

When I'm confronted again with all that's going on in my life,

When thinking like this happens again,

It shows again this beautiful opportunity to rest deeply,

To no longer emphasize negative thinking,

And maybe even notice how beautiful it is that you're noticing thinking,

Most of our day we don't even notice that we're thinking,

But because of listening to this message and more messages like these,

Repeating this,

I keep repeating this message as well,

And it's so beneficial,

So helpful,

So wonderful,

Suddenly 50,

60,

70 times a day,

Ah,

This deep breath arises,

Thoughts are noticed and no longer emphasized,

The drama of life stops,

There's just this beautiful full stop in which there's this deep peace sensible,

As if life is putting a beautiful warm hand on your heart,

A beautiful warm hand on your heart,

Telling you it's okay,

It's okay,

You don't need to add anything to life,

Life in and of itself is so perfectly fine already,

So complete,

Ah,

Yeah,

And then this deep breath again,

A softness palpable,

No longer believing to be this body or this little me,

It's so obvious when repeated many times that we're not this body,

And all those thoughts and feelings,

It's not our essence,

It's all mysteriously showing up from source,

From this essence,

But it's not who we are,

And knowing this from deep within brings so much trust in life,

So much clarity,

Softness,

Yeah,

So much softness,

Trust,

Gratitude,

And this might not occur directly after listening to messages like these for the first time,

It can,

Beautiful if it does,

But for most beings it seems to be a beautiful path,

And knowing that this path,

This so-called path,

Is what we're here for,

Knowing this and embracing this will bring a lot of peace,

We're no longer fighting or wanting things to be different,

And knowing that we're here to wake up,

To get more clear,

To kind of travel home,

Knowing that this is what we're here for,

Is very helpful,

Changes your whole life in a very beautiful way,

Not always easy,

Challenges will still arise,

But within those challenges there will be more clarity,

Trust,

And even a deep feeling of peace,

And even a deep feeling of peace,

Maybe you can notice this right now again,

This deep peace that is being transmitted right now,

So much joy and trust and warmth,

So much softness coming your way right now,

I wish you well,

Dear beautiful being,

Let's repeat this within ourselves three times,
