Whole,
I wish you could see what I see,
So I invite you to allow and let be,
This gift right before you,
The stillness it provides,
And then the effort to better,
To achieve and to strive.
Now scared little girl and brave concerned boy,
Can you sense yourself wrapped up in all of this joy,
The wisdom at center holding us tight,
In a deep perfect circle right here in plain sight,
The wise and the worthless making sense of it all,
The pieces of the puzzle,
The dreams and the awe,
I'm inspired by you,
I'm uplifted and proud,
All of you,
Every feeling and thought you've allowed,
Reflecting a mirror to me I remember and honor,
A badge to take with you as you continue to ponder,
And the ability to ask all the right questions and to listen and learn,
Placing your hand on your heart with peace and concern,
The tenderness,
The quiver of the mouth holding back tears,
Replaying back memories of all of your years,
The soft look on your face tells a gentler story,
This practice and patience will lead to great glory,
It's true and it's honest and trust it's right here,
This letting go,
Allowing and accepting this fear,
I promise I'm with you,
This promise is strong,
Me and these others together like instruments and song,
Remember the key is you are not alone,
In all of us you've experienced your home,
This loving awareness resides in your heart,
Calm collected and impossible to part,
Come back to it often,
Daily a goal,
You are a master,
A warrior and absolutely whole.
