Let's take a moment to choose a seat for this meditation practice.

Whether you're sitting on the floor or in a chair,

Taking a moment to feel comfortable,

Steady in your connection to the ground beneath you.

Now closing the eyes and taking your internal gaze to the space in between your eyebrows.

Closing the gaze here gently,

Meaning there's no force.

So if you find this is a distracting point of reference,

Just relax the eyes completely internally.
