Welcome to this guided journey through the chakras,

Into the wheels of life force energy spinning and flowing within us.

The universe is energy and so is the human body.

By working with the chakras we connect with our subtle energetic body in a deeply intentional way,

Bringing safety and groundedness,

Balance to the mind,

Body and soul.

We free ourselves of guilt and shame around our emotions and sensuality.

We feel empowered with an open heart and a voice that speaks our truth and we feel deeply connected to the divine essence within and around us.

Let's embark on this journey together.

Find a comfortable seat with your back straight yet relaxed.

If you like,

Place a cushion behind you for extra support.

Roll your shoulders up,

Back and down.

Rest your hands on your knees or in your lap,

Palms facing upward.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and draw your gaze inward.

Take a deep nourishing breath into the body,

Expanding your belly and chest,

And then exhale fully,

Releasing any tension through your mouth.

With every in-breath,

Invite life into your body and with every out-breath,

Let go of tension and stress.

Keep breathing deeply into the body.

Feel your belly rise with the inhale and draw back to your spine with the exhale.

If it feels natural,

Make a sound as you exhale,

A sigh,

A hum,

Whatever arises intuitively.

Let go of the day and bring yourself fully into the present moment.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you.

As you breathe,

Connect with this grounding force.

Sink into her embrace,

Letting her hold you.

Breathe fully and deeply,

Allowing yourself to soften.

Now bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

Your root,

The seat of belonging and safety.

Breathe deeply into this space.

Feel it soften and expand with your breath.

Imagine drawing nourishment and vitality from the earth,

Letting it flow upward through your body.

Invite the color red,

Warm and grounding,

Like the earth's core.

Bathe your root chakra in this vibrant red light,

Feeling it spin in a steady clockwise direction.

Perhaps your hips begin to move gently or your body sways.

Trust your body and its wisdom as it guides you deeper into connection.

And continue with your deep breaths into your root,

Your muladhara chakra.

You can keep the mantra ULAM and repeat it silently or aloud.

And now say to yourself,

I am here.

I have a right to exist exactly as I am.

I claim my space in this world.

The earth supports me completely.

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I honor and thank the earth for its endless abundance,

For the nourishment it provides,

For my home,

My food and for life itself.

Take a deep breath in and let go.

Now shift your awareness up to your lower belly,

Your sacral chakra,

Located about four fingers below your navel,

Your svadhisthana chakra.

Breathe deeply into this space.

Allow your belly to soften and expand.

Invite the color orange,

The vibrant hue of a sunset,

To flow into this area,

Bathing it in warmth and vitality.

Feel it spinning gently in a clockwise direction,

Balancing and energizing your emotional center.

Feel your emotions without any judgment,

Breathing with them and allowing them to be there.

Whatever you're feeling,

Give it some sound as you exhale.

Stay with your feelings and this bright orange light.

You can repeat the mantra VAM.

Say those words to yourself.

I honor my emotional body.

I relax and let go and allow my emotions to be there without needing to fix them.

I am a sensual sexual being.

I let go of all resistance to any emotion that I'm experiencing.

It's okay to feel whatever I'm feeling in any given moment.

It's okay to feel pleasure.

It's okay to feel pain.

I allow my sensuality and my creativity and my sensitivity to flow freely.

I open to full sexual and emotional empowerment.

Breathe in your belly,

Exhale,

Let go.

And bring your awareness to your solar plexus,

Located between your navel and the base of your ribcage.

This is the seat of your personal power and will.

Breathe deeply into this area,

Softening and expanding it with each breath.

Invite a bright yellow light like the radiant sun,

Illuminating and warming this space.

Feel it spinning in a clockwise direction,

Filling you with energy,

Motivation,

And confidence.

You can repeat the mantra Ram and release any tension or resistance with sound or movement if it feels natural.

Affirm to yourself,

I value myself.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I'm confident and powerful.

I embrace all parts of myself,

My light and my shadow.

It is safe to shine as my true self.

I am radiant.

Take a deep breath in,

Fill your belly with air and exhale.

Now bring your focus to the center of your chest,

Your heart center,

The Anahata chakra.

This is the energy of love,

Compassion,

And openness.

Breathe deeply into your heart space and invite a soft green light or perhaps a gentle rose hue,

Radiating and spinning there.

Allow your heart to open and expand with each breath.

If you want to bring any movement,

Maybe some circles,

Opening the heart,

Listen to your body's wisdom and keep breathing deeply into the chest.

With every exhale,

Release fear or tension and invite in trust and love.

You can repeat the mantra YAM and affirm to yourself,

I am love.

Love flows through me and around me.

I give and receive love freely.

I trust my heart.

I trust myself.

I nurture myself with kindness and compassion.

I open to the oneness of love in the universe.

Love is who I am.

Feel your connection to the universal heart,

The love in nature,

In the sky,

In the whole cosmos.

Breathe in the infinite love and let it flood your being.

Take one more deep breath into your chest and heart and sigh it out.

Let it go.

Wow.

Next,

Bring your attention to your throat and neck.

This is the center of communication and authentic self-expression,

The Vishuddha chakra.

Breathe through any contraction in your throat chakra,

Allowing it to soften and expand.

Visualize the color blue,

A calming,

Soothing blue,

Washing over this area,

Spinning gently in a clockwise direction.

As this vibrant blue energy moves,

Feel it clearing any blocks.

Release the need to control or speak from the mind.

Let go of the times you've spoken out of obligation or from a mask of ego.

Let this light free you.

Allow your true voice,

Authentic and heart-centered,

To emerge.

Feel your throat taking exactly what it needs.

Bathe your vocal cords in this cleansing blue energy.

Free yourself to speak from your soul and let the mantra hum flow through you.

And you can say to yourself,

I speak my truth with ease and grace.

I express myself freely and authentically.

My words flow from my heart and my soul.

I co-create with the universe using my voice and creativity to express my purpose.

Each day I grow more confident in speaking from a place of truth and love.

Breathe in deeply and use your voice on the out-breath.

Shift your focus now to the space between your eyebrows.

Your third eye.

Your Ajna chakra.

This is the seat of intuition,

Insight,

And higher wisdom.

As you breathe deeply,

Invite the color indigo,

The deep serene hue of the night sky,

To bathe this space.

Feel it spinning in a clockwise direction,

Soothing and expanding this intuitive center.

Allow this energy to soften and open your third eye,

Connecting you to the vast wisdom of the universe.

Trust in this greater design,

This divine flow of life.

Feel the mantra OM resonating here,

Deepening your connection.

Affirm to yourself,

I allow myself to go with the flow of life.

I'm intuitive and wise.

I am guided by the divine and trust my intuition.

My inner vision is clear and I see beyond the surface.

I surrender my ego to the wisdom of my soul.

I am intuitive,

Insightful,

And aligned with the greater truth.

My intuition is expanding.

As I focus on my third eye,

I trust anything that I need to see.

As you breathe deeply,

Feel this connection to the divine expand with each breath.

And let go,

Allowing yourself to be held in this wisdom.

And finally,

Move your awareness to the crown of your head.

Visualize it opening gently,

Like a lotus flower,

Reaching upward.

Feel the soft light of cosmic energy,

Golden light,

Streaming down,

Bathing your body from head to toe.

Let this light cleanse and heal every part of your being.

Feel it clearing away anything that isn't aligned with your highest self.

Allow your crown to take in this divine love and energy,

Reconnecting you to oneness with all that is.

Let it take in what it needs from this golden light source energy,

Streaming down from the sky.

And affirm to yourself,

I am one with the universe.

I am whole,

Perfect,

And divinely human.

I trust in the infinite wisdom of the cosmos.

Separation is an illusion.

I am connected to all.

I am that I am.

And allow the energies of this world to be a part of you.

Allow the words to flood your body,

Mind,

Heart,

And spirit.

Let yourself remember who you really are.

Allow yourself to be filled with grace and surrender.

Feel yourself as an empty vessel that spirit is moving through.

Breathe deeply up and down the spine.

Inhale,

Draw the energy from the earth up through your root chakra,

All the way to your crown and beyond.

And stay here in silence and stillness.

Repose in yourself for as long as you feel comfortable.

You might want to pause the audio now and stay longer in this spaciousness.

And when you're ready,

Begin to draw your attention back to your body.

Take a deep breath in.

And on the exhale,

Imagine grounding your energy down through your hips into the earth.

Bring your awareness back to each chakra,

Gently closing them just a little.

Inhale,

Crown,

Third eye,

Throat,

Heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacral,

And root.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Take a deep,

Full breath into the body.

And sigh it out with sound if that feels natural.

Notice how you feel now,

Without judgment,

Simply observing the unique and beautiful being that you are.

Carry an awareness of the vibrant chakra colors within you as you go about your day or evening.

Know that you can return to this meditative journey whenever you feel the need to realign and reconnect.
