Welcome to this meditative exercise from Bert Hellinger's work,

Designed to help you heal your body.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.

You may choose to sit against a wall or in a chair and feel free to place a pillow behind you for extra support during the exercise.

You may gently close your eyes.

Now,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Allowing your shoulders to drop.

Let your body settle,

Feeling the support of the earth beneath you.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your belly and chest with air,

And exhale fully through your mouth,

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

And now,

You may return to a natural breathing rhythm,

Allowing your body to fully relax.

Now,

Gently turn your attention inward to an organ or part of your body that is ill or not functioning well.

It may be your heart,

Your lungs,

Bones,

Joints,

Or your digestion,

Whatever it may be.

Simply observe it and look at it as it is now.

For instance,

If you are focusing on your heart,

Imagine it in its present state,

And then visualize your heart as it was when it first began to beat,

Strong and full of life.

Or,

If you wear glasses now,

Imagine a time when your vision was clear,

When you didn't need them.

Or,

If you have difficulty walking,

Remember a time when you could walk and run with ease and joy.

So,

Go back to that time when your heart or the specific organ or joint was at its full strength,

Fully developed and healthy.

Connect the present state of your body with the strength of the past,

Drawing energy from that time.

Visualize yourself as you were then,

Maybe as a newborn or as a young child,

2 years old,

6 years old.

Feel the vitality and health that existed in your body at that age.

Now,

Allow the healing power of that beginning,

That vitality,

To flow into the present moment.

Look at your body from that time with joy and gratitude and let the past do its healing work in the here and now.

Next,

Ask your body from that time in the past to bring its strength and vitality into the present.

Tune into what was possible before.

Your body already knows how to be in a state of perfect health.

It is reorganizing itself,

Setting in motion what is needed to overcome the present obstacles.

Feel the strength from your past,

The health information from your body flowing into the present moment.

Merge with your past self and allow the blueprint of health and abundance to transfer into your body now.

Feel it.

Enjoy it.

Take a deep breath in,

Absorbing this sensation of healing,

And exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any stagnant energy.

Remember,

Your body already knows how to be in a perfect state of health and you can access this blueprint by drawing strength from your past and bringing it into the present.

This exercise can be done daily.

Thank you for your practice.

Wishing you all the best on your healing journey.
