
Aura Meditation
We recognize ourselves as energetic beings and that we have these beautiful energy centers within us - the chakras - but our energy is not confined to just our physical limitations. Our Aura radiates out from us as much as several feet and reflects the energetic map that we hold within. Some people see auras and they can appear as colors, shapes, fractals, light, and shimmers. The health of our aura can impact us greatly. If our aura is close to the body and "muddy" then this is reflecting our inner energy and health status. If our aura is clear, bright, and intense this is a wonderful and powerful thing to carry. In this meditation, we are using the breath to take our awareness into our aura in order to strengthen, intensify, and heal our energetic field. I hope that you connect with your aura in some sense and please don't worry if you don't! Practice and awareness will soon allow you to become aware of your aura and its power in your life.
