This session is best done in a seated posture.
So find a comfortable place to be seated and take a few moments to become aware of your present experience.
You can notice what's going on around you by focusing on the sounds that you are hearing,
For example.
Whenever you feel right,
Gently close your eyes and shift your awareness inwards.
Observe your breath for the next few seconds.
Follow your inhalations and your exhalations.
Now,
Let's take three deep inhalations.
You can exhale at your own pace.
I will give the cue for inhalations.
Let's start.

Continue to be with your breath.
You can continue to be in this relaxed state for as long as you wish.
Whenever you feel like coming out,
You can gently open your eyes.
Take the time to gradually come out of this state of relaxation.
