This is a full moon guided meditation to help you release what no longer serves and expand into your potential.
We will be revisiting intentions,
Goals or desires set at the new moon.
If you did not set such an intention at the new moon,
Go ahead and think of an intention now.
Something you would like to work on or work towards.
Something you would like to manifest in your life.
The full moon is a powerful time to release negative habits and limiting beliefs.
Energy has been building during the waxing moon phase of the past two weeks and the full moon is the time to release that energy.
To unburden yourself and to take action on the intentions you set at the new moon.
This is the time to expand into your potential.
Make sure you are in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Gently invite the eyelids to close,
The mind to settle and the body to relax.
As you begin to find stillness here,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
To the gentle rise and fall of your inhales and exhales.
Take a moment here to connect to your breath,
Following its natural rhythm in and out of the body.
You will begin to bring more length and depth to the breath,
Inhaling for a count of four,
Holding for a count of two and exhaling for a count of four.
Go ahead and take a big breath in through the nose,
Open the mouth and let it go.
Inhale two three four hold two.
Exhale two three four,
Inhale two three four.
Hold two,
Exhale two three four,
Inhale two three four,
Hold two,
Exhale two three four,

Continue breathing in this way for a few moments.

Gently release the control over the breath,
Allowing it to return to its natural rhythm.

Bring to mind your new moon intentions.

Whatever goals you set or projects you committed to,
Any habits you want to cultivate,
Bring them to mind now.

Take these next few moments to imagine that they have manifested.

See them as real right now.

With confidence,
Lean into that vision of you.

What does it look like to have achieved your goals?

How does it feel to have kept your intentions?

What is different about you?
14.
What is the same?

See this future as if it is right now.

Now call to mind the things that you need to bring forth in order for those desires to manifest.

In order for that future to be a reality,
What actions do you need to take?
What habits do you need to cultivate?

What do you need to invite into your life?

Open yourself to these things,
Knowing that in order for them to truly come into your life,
You must make space for them.

You must let go somewhere of something.

As you look back on the last two weeks since the new moon,
What obstacles have arisen in your endeavors to keep your intentions,
To work on your projects,
To manifest your desires?

What is standing in your way?

Thoughts limiting beliefs about yourself or your aims.

Habits holding you back from your potential.
25.
Relationships that have run their course.
26.
That you are ready to move on from.

Whatever it might be,
And it might be multiple things,
Take a moment to acknowledge them.
Acknowledge that they have had a purpose in your life and that purpose has been fulfilled.

You are ready to let go,
To unburden yourself,
Ready to make space,
Ready to release your past so you can sit tall in your present and lean into your future with confidence,
Purpose,
And trust in yourself.

With love and gratitude,
Release those things that no longer serve you.

Allow yourself to expand into who you might be,
Into the vast potential of your being.

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath,
Back to the quiet,
Steady rise and fall of your inhales and exhales.
Take a big breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth and let it go.
When you feel ready,
Gently flutter the eyes open,
Allowing the light to filter back in.
