This is a third eye chakra guided meditation.
The Ajna chakra is the sixth chakra and it is our seat of intuition and inner wisdom.
The third eye allows you to see what the two physical eyes cannot.
It is a direct line to your higher wisdom.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and as you do take a moment to ask a question that you want an answer to.
Pose it clearly.
You can ask that the question be answered during your meditation or simply when the time is right.
Now let go of your question and allow your eyes to close,
Your mind to settle and your body to relax.
Take a long slow inhale and a longer slower exhale.
Long slow inhale.
Longer slower exhale.
Take a few more breaths just like this,
In and out.
Take a few more breaths just like this.
Gently release control over the breath,
Allowing it to return to its natural rhythm.
Bring your attention to your toes and your feet and allow them to relax.
Work your way up to your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Releasing any tension that might be present.
Each in-breath brings you peace.
Each out-breath releases tension.
It is safe to completely relax.
You can allow your hips to soften and relax.
Allow the muscles in your back to soften and relax.
Take that feeling into your shoulders,
Down into your arms and hands,
Letting go and relaxing.
Traveling up into your neck and jaw,
Releasing any tension,
Gently letting go.
Allow that relaxed feeling to travel up into your head,
Allowing your forehead to become smooth and relaxed.
Releasing and letting go.
Now take your attention to your third eye,
To the center of your eyebrows,
To your Ajna chakra.
And imagine an indigo blue door in this space.
A dark,
Velvety,
Purplish blue door.
See that door starting to open up.
Once the door is open,
Slowly step inside and look around inside your mind.
See all of your thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Conflicts,
Issues,
Life experiences floating around in your mind.
Now imagine that a white ball of radiating,
Healing light manifests in your hands.
As you breathe,
It grows brighter and brighter,
Flooding the inside of your mind,
Bringing a healing calm,
A cleansing sense of peace.
As this healing light grows brighter,
It calms all of the things floating around in your mind.
As this light grows so bright that it begins to flow out through the indigo door,
And as it does,
It takes with it all of those thoughts and feelings,
Perceptions,
Experiences,
The issues of life.
They calmly flow out the door,
Led away by your healing,
Radiant light.
Your mind is free,
Peaceful,
Crystal clear.
You can see yourself clearly and wholly.
With each breath,
You deepen your connection with your higher self.
Take some time here to bask in this connection.
As your mind continues in this blissful connection with your higher self,
Go ahead and ask your question.
Without searching out the answer,
Simply send your question out to the universe and then rest and allow.
The answer may come now or it may unfold with time.
Release any expectation.

When you feel ready,
Step back out through the indigo door and close it,
Returning to your body.
Bring your awareness back to the room.
Begin to feel your body.
In your own time,
As you're ready,
Bring the palms to touch and gently rub the hands together,
Generating a bit of heat.
Place your palms over your closed eyes,
Feeling the heat and energy transfer.
Then slowly open your eyes behind your palms.
Release the palms from the eyes,
Bringing your full awareness back into the room.
Remember that you are a wise and intuitive being and that you can connect with your inner knowing at any time.
