Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing Practice

The solar plexus chakra, or manipura chakra, is the third chakra. The solar plexus chakra is our chakra of self-esteem, personal power, and willpower. It represents our ability to make decisions confidently and to believe in ourselves. When the solar plexus chakra is out of balance, you might feel a bit arrogant or like your ego is getting the best of you; or you might feel a bit stuck or down on yourself. This practice should bring your third chakra into greater balance.
