This meditation is inspired by my daily practice,
The quantum memoir,
An introspective,
Metaphysical,
Meditative and intuitive art journaling practice,
Channeled,
Translated and developed by the artist,
Philosopher and teacher,
Molly Muse.
Let's take a moment to get settled into a comfortable position,
On the floor or on a chair.
Just be sure to sit in a way that your spine can be long and upright.
Try to eliminate all distractions.
As we close our eyes,
Breathing in slowly through the nose and exhaling softly through the mouth.
Taking this moment to slow down,
To relax into this calm and nurturing space.
The quantum memoir is centered around seven seeds,
Words inside spheres that aid in the manifestation and organization of our individual realities.
At the center of the fruit of life sacred geometrical shape is the sphere for purpose,
Surrounded by six other seed words,
Intend,
Observe,
Connect,
Express,
Refine and ground.
Let us begin with purpose.
This is our focused attention,
The energetic or tangible manifestation we are seeking.
A powerful word or phrase that will center our practice and give rise to further revelation and new understanding of ourselves.
We all have a divine purpose in life.
Through our days in each moment let us discover what that is.
Take a few moments to ponder,
To contemplate.
What is my purpose?
Right here,
Right now.
Now that we have our purpose,
Let's move on to intend,
To clarify our desires.
What is a specific action you will take to achieve your greater purpose?
What is the energy you will need to reach your goal?
Sometimes I like to choose a specific chakra that will help me attain my desired intention.
Take a moment to clarify your desire and have an intention that will serve your purpose.
Let us move on to observe,
Gathering information.
Maybe it comes from a conversation with a friend or through a chance encounter with a stranger,
Lyrics from a song or a quote from a book.
Notice and observe the synchronicities as these signs serve as messages for you to inch ever so much closer towards realizing your purpose.
The next sphere is connect,
An appreciation for others.
As other people or beings are extensions of ourselves.
The connection of our souls as one consciousness.
Let us honor those who inspire us,
Those who nurture and offer us love and compassion.
Take a moment to find someone to appreciate and connect with.
Another step closer to embodying your purpose.
Let us move on to express,
To convey awareness,
Transmuting your energy into your art,
Whether that be drawing,
Painting,
Singing,
Dancing,
Mowing the lawn,
Preparing a meal,
Physical exercise or meditation.
We all have art to create which allows us to exhaust energy.
Take a moment to find your art to express in whatever way feels natural to you.
As we move on to refine,
To purify and enhance the lesson or lessons learned throughout this journey of self-discovery.
Keep what works and disregard what no longer serves you.
Allow for forgiveness for any missteps and focus on retaining the new understandings,
Wisdom and realizations.
Take a moment to contemplate what refinements and adjustments are needed for you to best serve your purpose.
As we come to our final sphere,
Ground,
Laying the foundation of our new realization,
The foundation that will enable us to manifest and achieve our purpose.
As we complete our cycle of self-discovery,
Contemplate the many ways in which we can stay rooted,
Ways to integrate our new understandings into our daily life.
The realization of our purpose has come full circle.
As we bring our attention back to our body,
Gently moving our fingers and toes,
Slowly opening our eyes,
Entering back into the space,
Becoming familiar with our surroundings,
Bringing our hands to our chest in the prayer position,
Sealing this meditation with respect,
Love and light.
Namaste.
