Try to eliminate all distractions.

Breathe at a gentle and comfortable rate.

Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

Repeat each affirmation silently or aloud for maximum benefit.

Flow free from feelings of absence and abundance will abide.

I show gratitude and observe as I watch the lack mindset subside.

A search from within reveals the way out.

I surrender to the divine will and remove all doubt.
