Namaste and welcome to day 14 of 15 days of manifestation journey.
This is a journey where we are discussing daily practices that can truly change the life that you are living and transform it into the life that you would like to live that is filled with abundance.
As we come closer to the end of this 15 day journey I want to use today's day to remind you of a powerful practice which is random gratitude list.
There is a lot of talk about gratitude and sometimes people can find it hard to find gratitude.
So here is a simple way that I want to give you that you can use to not only build your gratitude muscle but also bring in gratitude every single day without making it hard for yourself.
As you wake up in the morning find 10 things around you that you can list out to be grateful for.
These could be as simple as having a bed to sleep,
Having clean sheets to sleep on,
Having access to water,
Having access to toothpaste and toothbrush.
Yes even such small things can be a way to start showing thankfulness and gratitude to the universe.
It doesn't have to be huge things.
There are so many things already around you that you might be taking for granted in your life that for someone else somewhere else in the world might be something they are wishing for and we can forget.
So I hope this random gratitude practice of 10 where you list out 10 random things every single day will help you build a practice of seeing the good around you and how much you have been bestowed upon.
Make sure that the list of 10 things that you make every day are random and different from the past day.
This will help you to see new things every day that you might have overlooked that already bring joy in your life.
So random gratitude list of 10 is a great practice to build your muscle to start seeing positive things around you and this simple practice will help and train your brain to start seeing opportunities and positive things throughout your day as well.
So I will leave you with this practice for today and I hope you can make it a daily habit as you wake up.
You don't have to write it down either.
Just listing it in your mind also works really well.
I will see you tomorrow for the last day as we close out this journey together.
Until then Namaste
