So make yourself comfy and just simply allow my voice to go with you as your mind is gently guided through this practice.
First close your eyes and just relax the body.
Feel the air flowing in and out as you breathe with each breath settling,
Calming and just continue watching the breath flowing like waves on a beach flowing in and out,
The rhythm continuous,
The end of each seamlessly blending into the next,
In and out,
In and out.
Feel the smooth flowing movement as your mind takes on the characteristic of this flow,
The ability to move and change in whatever direction you wish,
The ability to adapt to obstacles by flowing around them like water.
Use this water like mindset now for your own life.
Think of an obstacle or challenge you have and imagine how you could flow into a different solution,
A different perspective,
A clever or creative approach,
Keeping in your heart the feeling of water's flow,
Always moving,
Responding easily to whatever life throws at it.
Spend a few moments now enjoying this flowing water like mindset.
