First sit or lie down comfortably allow the body to settle to relax.
Notice the contact between the body and the surface beneath like it's melting into it and take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Like a long sigh take another deep breath.
Good let your breathing settle now into its own natural rhythm and notice how the body slows down and as it slows down the mind slows down with it allowing your thinking to become clearer with every second clearer and calmer and as you relax you can allow yourself to feel a little more confident.
Shoulders dropping muscles relaxing,
A gentle smile forming,
Feeling relaxed.
