Hello I'm Richard Willis and welcome to a short beach meditation.
A mini relaxation break to take you to a relaxed place.
Take a moment to get comfy and then take some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now let your breathing settle into its natural pace and on and out breaths you can let your eyes close and your mind's eye open as you visualize a scene in front of you.
A wide expanse of beautiful sandy beach,
The sea's waves gently caressing the shore,
The water sparkling in the Sun overhead in the clear blue sky,
The sound of the waves washing up onto the shore and drifting back wave after wave in soothing rhythm.
Smell the salt on the sea air,
Feel the light sea breeze on your skin and the warmth of the Sun.
Spend a few moments now enjoying this place,
The calm,
The peace,
Relax.
Now place your attention on your breathing once again in and out and open your eyes back to the day and bringing those feelings of relaxation with you.
