Embody the energy of that state.
Let your body's posture take that on,
Infuse it into your being,
Let your whole mind fill up with that state.

Look at the important things you want to accomplish today,
Bring them to mind,
Especially note anything that you don't feel like doing but is still important,
Something that you could be tempted to put off.
Do that first or as early as you can because that gives you massive momentum for the rest of the day.

Mentally walk through your perfect day ahead,
A day where you can achieve everything you want to.
Play through all the key events and actions needed.

Now,
Take 30 seconds to mentally walk through your evening.
Feel the satisfaction at the end of your day,
