Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
I'm Richard Willis and my voice will guide you in an elemental air meditation where you can let go and really relax your mind and take on the pure relaxation and freedom of the air element.
You can use this meditation to release tension and worries from your day and free your mind into a sense of openness and peace.
So make yourself comfy and just simply allow my voice to go with you as your mind is gently guided through this practice.
First close your eyes and just relax the body.
Let all the muscles relax.
As they relax just notice that pleasant feeling of release.
Relax the head and shoulders.
Relax the arms and hands and stomach muscles.
Relax all the way down the legs and feet.
Relax the whole body.
Softening,
Lightening from the day's concerns.
Allowing the mind to be free.
Become aware of the air in the body flowing in and out on the breath.
Notice its flow.
Free to drift and move.
Its light touch gliding across the skin.
Allow yourself to take on the quality of that air.
Its freedom to move,
To drift,
To fly.
Let your mind become lighter now like it were floating.
Imagine yourself floating up into the sky.
Leaving all your troubles behind down below.
Those worries growing smaller with your greater perspective.
Shrinking into insignificance as you saw higher and higher up in the open air.
Up near the clouds.
Feeling the refreshing breeze.
Gazing at the wondrous views around you.
Able to fly where you wish.
The space of the whole world to play with.
Completely free.
Completely relaxed.
Spend a few moments now enjoying this sense of peace and freedom.
Well done.
Now open your eyes.
Come fully back into your surroundings.
Into the present moment.
Bringing with you the peace,
Perspective,
And freedom of the air element.
