Join me.

Join me and relax.

Take a big deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Good.

Let yourself relax and enter the deep.

Let your mind drift and wander.

Let the muscles of your body fall loose and limp and floppy.

Like a helium balloon the day after a party.

After all the gas has seeped away.

Allow your mind to drift off.

To drift away from this time.

From this space.

From this moment.

And as you do simply allow any outside sounds to serve and to deepen this meditation.

Good.

Very good.

And as your mind begins to wander allow it to take you.

To lead you.

Allow your mind to travel off to a space that is your sacred space.

It may be on top of a high mountain or in a field of wildflowers.

It may be simply a park bench or sitting with your toes dipping into a cool,

Cool stream of water.

And as you visualize your sacred space allow yourself to relax even further.

To go even deeper with inside.

For with inside yourself lies all the answers to all the questions.

Tap into that now.

Tap into that source.

Tap into that supply.

Tap into the magnificence of your being.

And sit quietly.

Good.

Very good.

And within this silence,

In this sacred space,

You begin to realize a presence within you.

Some call it the divine energy.

Some call it their higher power.

Some call it their higher self.

And as your highest self,

Your higher power becomes known to you.

Invite that energy,

Invite that presence to enter into your consciousness.

Feel the energy as your highest consciousness enters in and mingles with your human consciousness.

And the spiritual and the human become one.

And feel free to converse with your higher power.

Ask questions and listen for the response.

For your higher power knows that you sat today with a question in your heart.

A question in your mind you would like answered.

Take a moment now and ask your higher power to answer that question.

Hmm.

Mmm.

And it does feel good.

It feels good knowing my higher power has the answer.

It feels good to listen for the truth of my life.

To recognize the magnificence and the divinity of my life.

Allow your higher power to show you an image.

An image of the magnificence of your life.

An image of all you are here to accomplish.

Allow your higher self to show you what your higher calling is.

Ahh.

And having caught a glimpse of this higher calling,

This higher purpose for your life,

Take that image and hold it deep in your heart.

For it is this image that you will bring back to you,

To the human world.

And recognize that you need not leave the connection you have with your higher self within this meditation.

You may take this insight,

This feeling,

This power back out into the world with you.

But before we venture back,

Express your gratitude to your higher power,

To your higher self.

And express the gratitude within you for the truth you have experienced here today.

For the words of guidance,

For the visions of your excellence,

For the experience of connecting with the divine.

Express your gratitude.

And as you share that moment in time with your higher self,

You recognize the time has come to travel back down the path from which you came.

And regardless of how you came to this space,

Recognize that this is your sacred space.

This present,

Always available for you to visit.

And leaving nothing behind and taking everything with us,

We begin the journey back to where we began.

Slowly,

Easily,

With a sense of light and joy and wonder and unlimited energy,

We simply allow our consciousness to find our body right there where we left it.

And it may be lying down on a couch or a bed,

Sitting on the floor or relaxing in a chair.

Just allow your mind to re-enter your body and feel how relaxed you are.

Feel the peace within you.

Oh,

It is so very,

Very good.

And as we prepare to re-enter this time and this space,

Slowly,

Easily become aware of your surroundings,

The chair,

The floor,

The background,

The sounds of everyday life.

Allow yourself to become aware and always remembering to be oh so very,

Very gentle with yourself.

When you're ready,

You can simply open your eyes and become present in this moment,

In this time.

Become present and recognize yourself as the divine being you are.
