So we begin.
Begin by letting go.
Letting go of anything it may have taken to be in this moment.
Let go of any ideas around what should happen or must happen.
Simply tune in to your breath and embrace the truth of who you have come here to be.
How good it is to know that we are each guided.
Guided and directed to embrace everything.
Everything that is happening in your life.
Embrace and praise.
Today we are here to celebrate the magnificence that is your life.
Right here and right now.
Turn to the inner source of wisdom and knowledge and insight and inspiration.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the everlasting truth of who you came here to be.
Feel your breath.
Feel your breath carry you deep within to that source of all wisdom.
Going beyond the humanness and accessing the divinity of your life.
Access the grand vision for who you have come here to be.
And within this vision,
You notice a book,
A large,
Ornate,
Ancient book and on the cover inscribed in gold lettering is your name and the words,
The Book of Demonstrations.
Here before you is a record,
A record of all you have accomplished,
Of all the ways you have demonstrated your own ability to create the life you truly desire.
Here before you is your book of demonstrations,
The history of all you have accomplished.
And so with almost giddy anticipation,
Go ahead and open the book.
Gaze upon the earliest entries.
As a newborn,
All of your accomplishments are recorded here.
As a child,
Games that were won,
Schoolwork that was completed.
Growing into a teenager and into your early adulthood,
Page after page of your great,
Great accomplishments.
Feel the sense of warmth and joy that washes over you as you consider all you have accomplished,
All the glorious ways you have demonstrated your faith,
The ways you have demonstrated your truth.
And as you continue to turn the page,
You look at the things you accomplished and recognize you have caught up to your present day.
And there before you is a blank page and next to the book is an inkwell and pen.
Go ahead and inscribe today's date within the book and then record,
Record your accomplishments for this day and perhaps tomorrow,
Perhaps the day after that.
Take a moment to record the next great accomplishment of your life.
Good,
Very good.
And when you are complete,
Go ahead and put down the pen and leave the book open so the ink may dry so you may find this reminder at any time and knowing you may return to this experience at any time.
For now,
Bring your consciousness,
Your awareness back into your body temple.
Bring yourself back to this moment and feel your surroundings,
Feel your body temple as you move and shift,
Giving yourself a big old stretch or a yawn or perhaps just a little wiggle.
Bring your consciousness fully into the body temple and always remembering to be,
Oh,
So very,
Very gentle with yourself.
When you're ready,
When you're ready,
Begin to open your eyes,
Allowing the light of truth to flood in and smile and become present now.
