Please begin by sitting in a grounded meditative position, or lie down in Savasana. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Try to feel the vibrations of the vocals along your spine and flowing in and out of each chakra. Allow your intuition to guide you and relax deeply, releasing any and all tension. Allow the vibrations to tingle their way up your spine, leaving you to feel completely at ease, and finally resonating out through the crown chakra. Enjoy!
