Notice where you are.
What you can see.
What you can hear.
What you can touch.

Notice the other person.
What do they look like?
What are they saying or doing?
The tone of voice.
The expression on the face.
What qualities are this person showing in this memory?
Can you sense them?
What does this remind you about the qualities that are important to you?
Allow yourself to look at this memory as if your consciousness is outside of your body.

As if you are watching your memory like a movie on a cinema screen.
Now shift your attention and within this memory,
Focus upon yourself.
What are you saying and doing?
How are you interacting with the other person?
How are you treating them?
