W O W 🙌🙏 thank you Reuben & a huge congratulations! This track is amazing! “disconnect to reconnect” has really resonated with me. a few days ago I was hit and thrown off my bike. My injuries now mean I’m out of my normal routine of exercising daily and find myself “stuck” on the couch resting to heal the physical pain. More importantly, I am trying to sit with & allow my uncomfortable emotions/feelings. Instantly Recognizing the accident happened for a reason, I put my mind to work. The universe is helping to put me on the right path, to slow me down & jolt me into realizing I need to change direction. The deep physical bruising that is finally coming up signifying what I hope to be the final remnants of repressed pain from past trauma. which had been triggered just 1 day prior to the accident. I journaled this afternoon that this is the end, the final stages of everything I’ve worked through over the past seven years. I can feel it & I trust in it. sometimes the universe sends messages through unpleasant experiences. Overcoming those experiences, learning from them is what gives us the strength to KNOW we will get through any future adversity we face.
This track is a beautiful reminder of who we are, where we are at this particular moment in time, where we have been and where we will go when we reconnect. an arrow must go backwards before it can fly forwards….your gentle reminder that sometimes we must disconnect to reconnect is truly beautiful & validating. Thank you for your wisdom, your dedication to helping others, for everything you have taught me & for allowing me (& in turn my little one) to be part of the change. I am truly blessed to know you 🙌
