Compassionate Affirmations To Honour My Growth

In this track, Reuben guides us, to help us drop into a spiritual connection with ourselves. These affirmations have been written to give us some simple guidance, simply to honour our growth. This includes the recognition of the tough times we have been through.

We start with a simple introduction to settle us in, then a meditative countdown to get to us to drop into the practice and ready to allow the affirmations to do their thing. Finally, we get to absorb these affirmations, along with their ambient cinematic music. This, ideally, to bring us into a wiser and kinder acknowledgment, and appreciation of our spiritual growth.

Today is about honoring your growth.

I choose to honor my growth.

Relax,

Give yourself the right to be here now.

As the countdown from 10 to 1 takes place.

You can either allow yourself to soften into this moment,

Surrendering to the pull of gravity as it gently holds you,

Or you can listen to the space between the numbers.

Let's drop into this.

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 I choose me first.

Honoring my challenges,

Honoring myself,

Honoring my growth,

And honoring my future self.

I am coming to know more and more that I am the one person who knows exactly what I have been through.

I am the one person in my life who can always be there for myself when faced with a challenge.

As I choose to honor my growth,

I acknowledge what I have been through in my life.

As I choose to honor my growth,

I acknowledge the little wins that take place throughout my day.

As I choose to honor my growth,

I am proud of myself.

As I choose to honor my growth,

I practice patience,

Because I deserve this.

As I choose to honor my growth,

I honor the lessons learned from my challenges and my failures.

I am showing up for myself right now.

I am giving myself the right to be here now.

I know that it's not the default setting of my brain to honor myself.

This is why I am choosing to do this right now.

I am a testament of this.

And when I choose to step back with gentle awareness,

I realign with myself.

And every single time I do this,

I am growing.
