I always pull through.
I am part of humanity.
I choose to make space for the unhelpful thoughts that I have from time to time.
I am liberated in the acknowledgement that these thoughts are part of the human experience.
I choose to make space for the unwanted feelings that I have from time to time.

I know we're all in this together.
We're all trying to make sense of life.
Sometimes we just get a little lost,
But right now,
I am found.
May my judgements be held lightly in the knowing that this is how our brains have evolved.

I choose compassion for my mind as it is.

My kind awareness knows that unhelpful judgements are part of the human condition.

It feels good to let go of trying to feel good.

It feels good to offer meaningful connection to myself and others.
It feels good to know I am a spiritual being having a human experience.
I choose to accept myself from time to time.
Sometimes I am self-accepting.
Sometimes I am self-compassionate.
Right now,
