Details

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and be more, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and return to yourself. Where Strength Meets Stillness is a journey into the heart of yoga—a practice that teaches us how to be strong without force, present without striving, and at peace without needing everything around us to be still. Through alignment-based yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and meaningful reflection, you'll be invited to deepen your connection with your body and discover the wisdom it holds. Together, we'll explore how moving with awareness and intention can create greater strength, ease, and freedom both on and off the mat. This retreat is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about honoring where you are, trusting your unique journey, and creating space to hear the quiet voice within. You'll be welcomed into a supportive community where curiosity, growth, and authentic connection are encouraged. ***Retreat tuition and accommodations must be booked separately. To complete your registration, you’ll need to complete both steps. Once your tuition payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to the Himalayan Institute website to reserve your accommodations.***

Testimonials

info

The instructor, Aphinya Deley, was absolutely wonderful and incredibly hands-on. She has a rare gift for reading the room and tailoring her guidance to what everyone needed. She provided the perfect amount of personal help, gentle alignment adjustments, and encouragement exactly when it mattered most, making everyone feel safe, confident, and supported in their practice. The entire schedule was thoughtfully paced, giving us plenty of time for deep reflection, beautiful flows, and meaningful conversations. I came home feeling completely mentally recharged. A heavy weight has been lifted off of me, and I feel a profound sense of inner peace. If you need to pause, heal, and fill your cup, I cannot recommend Aphinya’s retreats enough—it was a life-changing experience!

I truly appreciated our retreat group everyone supporting each other and I believe that started from you as an instructor with an open heart. . I loved how you took 1-1 time with each of us, sharing your story as well. I think our intro session, the bon fire talks etc helped all of us feel connected to each other , to get to know each other and made us feel at home. I believe that you put all of us very comfortable right from the start. The yoga sessions were very good, where you explained what to expect, how to modify, make it challenge etc. loved it ..... You mended all our hearts a bit, opened it to new possibilities, so thank you, thank you !
