The Quiet Reset is a gentle mindfulness and yoga retreat designed as a calm, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Rooted in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach, the retreat offers spacious, non-performative practices that support rest, nervous system regulation and quiet reflection. Held in a peaceful, natural setting between the mountain and the sea, the intention is to create an inclusive environment where participants can move at their own pace, feel held without pressure, and experience mindfulness and therapeutic movement in a grounded, meaningful way.

Accommodation is held within the peaceful setting of Sadhana House, offering comfortable Mediterranean–Nordic style rooms designed for rest and relaxation. Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, underfloor heating and WiFi, with access to a light-filled yoga shala, communal kitchen and tranquil shared spaces surrounded by nature. Guests can choose between shared or single rooms in a calm, supportive retreat environment.

This is an alcohol- drug- and nicotine-free retreat, helping keep the space calm, clear and supportive for everyone.
Cancellation policy
The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
