Meditation Timer OnlineAngela offers online counselling, mindfulness and therapeutic yoga, creating a supportive space for reflection, awareness and meaningful change. Her intention is to provide a compassionate, steady environment where clients can explore what’s present for them at their own pace, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater clarity and resilience in everyday life. Alongside her online work, Angela also holds small, therapeutic retreats in Spain, offering gentle spaces for rest, reconnection and mindful practice. Angela’s approach is grounded in professional training and lived experience. With a BSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice from Metanoia Institute, London (due June 2026), a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, and is a trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher with The Mindfulness Network. She is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance. Whether someone is seeking therapeutic support, mindful practice, or a more embodied approach to wellbeing, Angela’s work is gentle, integrative and deeply person-centred.
