The most important step before dredging the twelve meridians is to relax the tendons. After the tendons are loosened, the twelve meridians will Qi and blood can run more smoothly. relax the tendons is also a very important process for self-examination. No matter whether there is an injury to the spine or tendons, the coach can detect it and give appropriate assistance and suggestions. When the physical condition is all right, it can actually be done very quickly for beginner practitioners to obvious sense of Qi, and the body can start to move with the Qi. With scientific data, it can be used to detect whether the twelve meridians are smooth.
