But in your normal life, you can't seem to actually access it. This retreat creates the space for that to happen. A steady rhythm, a small group of people doing the same thing, good food, time in nature, and genuine presence from experienced facilitators who understand. Everything is designed so you can stop spinning and actually BE. In this space, you find peace again. Your mind gets quiet. And through that quiet, clarity naturally emerges about yourself, your patterns, and what actually matters to you. Seven days away from your normal life is enough to break the cycle. Enough to remember what ease feels like. Enough to find your way back to yourself.

Our rooms are simple, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to help you feel at home and truly rest. Each one is inspired by a different chakra and offers either a garden or sea view, a comfortable double bed, and a private bathroom. Natural light, soft colors, and quiet surroundings create the perfect space to rest and recharge during your retreat.

We serve fresh vegetarian and vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on simple, nourishing recipes that can easily be recreated at home. Whenever possible, we use ingredients from our own garden. Between meals, fruit, filtered water, tea, and coffee are available throughout the day. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free diets. If you have other allergies or intolerances, please contact us before booking so we can clarify whether we are able to support your needs. As meals are prepared as a shared menu, individual preferences or dislikes cannot be accommodated. Please note that a gluten-free diet requires separate preparation and includes an additional charge of €25. While we take great care, our kitchen regularly handles gluten and nuts, and we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. We do not serve alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring and enjoy a glass in moderation if they wish.

Cancellation policy
The remaining balance for the retreat is due 30 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 30 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 30 days before the retreat begins.
