20 person retreat
Highlights
Guided Temple Visits with Initiatic Rituals and Connections, Energy Activations, and Mindfulness-based Practices for Embodied Awareness.
Details
This 9-day retreat in Egypt is designed as a conscious journey through ancient temple sites, combining sacred exploration with inner practices that support awareness, presence, and integration. Set among some of the most symbolically rich temples of ancient Egypt, the experience offers guided visits to sacred locations alongside daily mindfulness-based practices, meditation, and subtle energy work. Each day is structured to balance external exploration with moments of stillness, reflection, and embodied awareness, allowing participants to connect deeply with both the land and their inner landscape. The retreat is held in a small, intentional group to create a grounded and supportive environment. Practices are accessible and invitational, offering space for personal insight, energetic alignment, and conscious integration without pressure or expectation. Time is also intentionally left for rest, journaling, and quiet contemplation. This journey is not about rushing through sites or collecting experiences, but about slowing down, listening, and allowing meaning to emerge naturally. Ancient symbolism, mindful presence, and shared group practices come together to support clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of alignment. The retreat is facilitated by two experienced guides, Luana and Eugenio, and is suitable for individuals seeking a meaningful spiritual journey rooted in awareness, respect for ancient traditions, and practical integration into everyday life.
