Nourishment is an essential part of your practice. During the retreat, you’ll enjoy freshly prepared, organic, vegetarian meals that are both wholesome and satisfying. All offerings are gluten-free, with simple dairy options provided on the side. Our menus are crafted with care to support clarity, balance, and well-being—light enough to aid meditation, yet hearty enough to sustain your body. Each meal is shared in silence, allowing you to fully taste, savor, and connect with the food as part of your mindfulness practice. Snacks, water, tea and coffee will be provided throughout the retreat. When you receive the official Registration Form you will be asked to identify any food allergies. We will work with the retreat meal preparation team to be sure your needs are accommodated in the best way possible.

Schedule

Each day begins at 7am with Hatha Yoga including sun salutations and asana practice. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the practice will be gently guided and accessible to all. The yoga session will be followed by a meditation practicing a method offered the day before as we build upon the teachings. Breakfast will be served at 9am with a variety of hot and cold options. Walking meditation will follow before we come back together for more teachings from the path of the Spiritual Heart. Hatha yoga and meditation practice are followed by a hearty lunch and afternoon break. During the break you are encouraged to respond to what your body and mind need -- rest, journal, go for a walk on trails surrounding the property. It is a good time for relaxation and reflection, however that feels best for you. There is an afternoon session leading to dinner, followed by the evening session which includes a Q&A (written questions, honoring the silence) followed by closing at 9pm for rest.

Testimonials

info

"This retreat reframed my need for others to experience a deep connection and supported me in forming a more secure attachment with myself. I’m so grateful you hold this space."

Jodi, USA

“This retreat helped me understand the purpose of meditation, rest, quiet and silence.”

Mia, USA

“I loved and enjoyed the teachings with Grace, the concept of embracing fear, and a new perspective on non-duality. This is the first time in nearly 10 years that I didn’t look at a screen, read or constantly do something. I got to disconnect in silence this weekend.”

N.P., USA

"Thank you for leading me through these days. Familiar concepts were more deeply understood by your teachings. Yogic, but also life principles. Every moment of your emotion was so beautiful. Every story, important. I hope to see you again in retreat."
