Take a deep breath. Join me for the Renew & Rise Women’s Retreat, a nourishing two-day experience in Queens Park, London designed to help you slow down, release the year behind you, and rise renewed. Over the weekend we’ll blend gentle movement, guided meditation, sound healing, nourishing food, and deep reflection to help you realign your energy and reconnect with what matters most. You’ll be supported by a team of holistic practitioners offering: - Meditation & Energy Reset - Kinesiology & Food Wisdom - Sound Bath Journey - Group Hypnosis & Facilitation - Ayurvedic-inspired lunches & teas for balance and nourishment Each session is created to restore calm, deepen awareness, and inspire gentle transformation. The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
