Details

Seven days of potent healing, yoga, hypnotherapy, rest, and integration held by permaculture fruit forests, ancient rice paddies, and sacred mountain energy. This spiritual hypno-yoga retreat invites your soul into deep alignment through a weaving of hypnotherapy, daily Hatha yoga, meditation, ritual, ceremony, and sharing circles, all nestled in the heart of the Balinese jungle beside flowing waters and a private waterfall sanctuary. Bali, the Island of the Gods, hums with spiritual presence. Its daily offerings sustain a sacred current. Here, healing is not an idea; it is a living force you are invited to join. To open, soften, and be seen in the presence of others is a rare kind of alchemy. One that changes you if you allow it. Come with an open heart. Come with a willing spirit. Together, we will generate a field of healing that echoes far beyond our time together.

Bali Eco Stay is a sustainable resort in the heart of Bali. This green sanctuary sits among the lush landscapes of the Balinese jungle. With rice fields and terraces stretching endlessly, charming villages steeped in local customs, pristine forests, & ancient temples beneath the coconut-covered slopes of Mt. Batukaru, you’ll have the chance to reconnect with nature & enjoy an intimate reunion with Mother Earth. There’s no traffic, nor city noise, and none of the bustling clamor of Bali’s tourist hubs. In this peaceful oasis, you’ll bask in the sounds of waterfalls outside your rice water bungalow, the rhythmic symphony of jungle insects, and the breeze rustling through coconut trees. Your stay is an opportunity to recharge and detox deeply. Everything you consume is grown on-site, using organic, sustainable practices, lovingly harvested before each meal. The water, as pure as the food, comes directly from a spring & is further filtered. Even your skin will be treated with care, as the shower gels, shampoos, & insect repellents are made from the natural goodness of the land. When you wake up, you’ll realize this is not a dream, but rather that you have arrived at last.

Permaculture is at the heart of everything done at Bali Eco Stay. This ensures that you are served the best possible food in the cleanest & purest way, without causing harm to the land. Permaculture integrates land, resources, people, and the environment through mutually beneficial synergies. The whole idea behind this system is to work with nature rather than against it. Because of this, most of the food served is completely organic. All food options at the retreat are vegetarian, but the kitchen is not strictly vegetarian, & meat options can be organized if necessary. If you require vegan, gluten-free, raw, or dairy-free food, this can be catered for, but please let us know beforehand. Breakfast, lunch & dinner is served buffet-style. Dessert is included at dinner time. While these images display honest representations of food prepared at Bali Eco Lodge, please allow some flexibility in what you expect. Foods are seasonal when we are working with natural permaculture practices. Dishes can change & vary over time. Filtered Spring Water, Tea & Coffee are available all day.

Schedule

This healing retreat focuses on weaving together hypnotic practice, yoga and meditation to open space for healing and reflection, and to empower you with tools to take away and use to enrich and heal your life. This yoga is suitable for beginners to intermediate, but we will need to know if you have never practiced yoga before or if you have any physical constraints or injuries so that we can adequately cater to your needs. We aim here to activate and open the body to aid the release of trapped emotions and to allow healing in. Every day provides some free time in the middle of the day. At this time, you can relax, get a massage, go for a walk in the jungle or around the permaculture gardens & rice paddies, take a nap, or spend time reading or journaling. We feel that this downtime is essential to truly gain the benefits from the healing work - we must take time to integrate and reflect. Every morning, there is yoga and meditation, and we encourage all participants to hold silence until after breakfast. This can be a challenging practice for some people, yet pushing past that discomfort can aid in powerful breakthroughs. There is something to be said about eating consciously in silence. A nod or a recognition of someone through eye gazing or a smile can be a powerful replacement for the use of words. The only words uttered until after breakfast will be the instructions during the morning yoga and meditation practice. A bell will ring to break the morning's silence. If you choose to continue your day in silence, then that is wonderful. When words are uttered once more, they tend to become more conscious and thoughtful after this period of silence. This is truly profound for accessing the healing energy of this retreat. The afternoons are filled with workshops, somatic practices, and hypnotherapy. The evenings hold space for sacred ceremony, powerful ritual, and sharing circles. On day 4, we have a break from the deep healing work & go on a day trip to the Batukara Temple and the World Heritage Ancient Rice Paddies. The schedule is subject to change.

Carla is the most wonderful, warm & calming presence. Through the turbulence of life, I really found grounding & understanding through her. I would highly recommend a session with Carla no matter what phase of life you are in. I will for sure be doing more sessions to unpack some of the incredible information she shared with me.

Shawnee Hiten, South Africa

Working with Carla is a true gift. Every time I have a session I am in awe at the depth of her connection & work. It's always just what I need & the clarity I gain is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I will always recommend Carla because she is truly amazing!

Samantha Noble, Trinidad & Tobago

Carla was the most incredible hypnotist & spiritual guide. I trust her implicitly & felt safe & ready to be open & heal through her ritual & throughout our past life regression session. Carla's positive energy is palpable & she instantly makes you feel seen, heard, felt & loved. She understood exactly what I wanted & needed & talked me through everything beforehand so I knew what to expect. I learned so much about myself & will be eternally grateful to Carla for guiding me through my first ever past life regression experience. I was blown away. Carla is a powerful & incredible healer. Highly & wholeheartedly recommended. I will be doing this again with her in the future. She is so highly qualified & genuinely passionate about the healing work she does.
