Highlights

  • Joyful and Awe inspired by Nature's beauty: Laughter Yoga; daily practice including loving kindness; sympathetic joy; compassion and equanimity

Details

Grow Wise Nature Adventure is all about flourishing in your life. Over four days, there will be opportunities to experience the awe and wonder of Natures wild beauty. We will awaken early to catch the sunrise; walk awe-inspiring trails to ocean lookouts and hidden caves, dive into emerald waters, and share in the joy of laughter yoga. Each afternoon, Simonette will guide a 30-minute practice of the divine abodes: – Loving Kindness, Sympathetic Joy, Compassion, and Equanimity – woven through campfire circles, meaningful conversations, and reflective practices. Evenings close with bedtime stories under the stars to inspire sweeter dreaming. Simonette is a mindfulness and compassion teacher and psychologist, seasoned with 30 years of experience supporting and guiding people from all walks of life. All activities are optional, allowing you to listen to your own rhythm and connect in ways that feel right for you. Together, we’ll grow wild – returning to the freedom, joy, and wisdom of nature and community.
