Details

CROWNED is an intentionally intimate retreat for women in a season of becoming. Designed for those who are high-functioning on the outside yet craving deeper alignment within, this experience offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through somatic practices, ceremonial rituals, guided reflection, and spacious integration, women are invited to release conditioning, reclaim self-trust, and return to themselves without pressure to perform or fix. The container is agreement-based, consent-centered, and led with emotional integrity...creating a grounded, supportive environment where real transformation can unfold. CROWNED is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are and learning to live from that place. We will be staying at Amaite Mayan Retreat Center. Amaite Retreat is a sacred space in the jungle of Tulum, designed for you to lead deep and memorable experiences. Here, you’ll find the perfect balance between comfort, nature, and transformative energy. Through water, fire, earth, soul, and body, we open spaces for each person to live their process in a unique way. You can experience these practices as part of a retreat or book them as a group, depending on availability.

Amaite A Sanctuary in the Jungle As if nature had created it, in the heart of the Tulum jungle, there is a refuge to rediscover what is essential: the connection with oneself and with Mother Earth. AMAITE, which means the face of the sky in the Mayan language, offers an escape from everyday stress. It is the ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the jungle and rediscover its essence in an environment of comfort and privacy. Its rooms, in the shape of geodesic domes, are conceived under the principles of sacred geometry, providing a harmonious space that invites rest and renewal. The reconnection experience is elevated to another level thanks to our private cenote fed by the depths of underground rivers; waters considered sources of life for our Mayan ancestors, and our temazcal with a capacity for up to 25 people, accompanied by an altar impregnated with the unique energy of the region. AMAITE is a resort where nature and technology meet to offer you a unique rest and renewal that invites you to reconnect with your inner self and recharge your energies to return to the world with a new perspective and a revitalized heart.

Schedule

CROWNED is designed around a gentle, intentional rhythm rather than a rigid itinerary. Each day balances structured group experiences with spacious integration time, allowing women to move at the pace their bodies and nervous systems are ready for. Mornings begin with grounding, body-led practices and shared meals. Late mornings and early afternoons are intentionally open—inviting rest, reflection, connection with nature, or optional bodywork. These spacious windows support integration, regulation, and self-trust rather than constant activity. Each evening features a guided ceremony or experiential offering that builds on the day before. These experiences are intentionally sequenced to create safety, deepen trust, and allow each woman to meet herself, and the group, at the depth her nervous system can sustainably hold. Nothing is rushed, forced, or performative. Participation is always invitational. CROWNED honors sovereignty, consent, and embodied presence, creating a container where women can show up fully, honestly, and at their own pace...without pressure to be more open, healed, or expressive than feels true
