Coming Home to Yourself: A Women's Retreat for Self-Trust & Inner Alignment As summer gives way to autumn, we're invited to return to what feels true. This restorative women's retreat offers space to reconnect with your own inner compass through sound healing, nature, and quiet reflection. Listen for the life that feels most like your own. There are seasons in life when we slowly drift away from ourselves. Not all at once, but little by little. We become busy caring for others, meeting expectations, responding to responsibilities, and keeping up with the pace of everyday life. Somewhere along the way, it can become difficult to recognize what we truly need, what we genuinely desire, or what feels most authentic to us. This retreat is an invitation to come home. Coming Home to Yourself is a restorative weekend designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass through sound healing, deep rest, time in nature, and spacious reflection. Here, you'll be invited to gently remember who you have always been beneath the noise, expectations, and busyness of life. As your nervous system settles and your mind grows quieter, clarity often begins to emerge—not because you're trying harder to find answers, but because you've created enough space to hear your own inner wisdom. Throughout the weekend, you'll experience immersive sound healing, Yoga Nidra, contemplative walks, nourishing meals, quiet journaling, and meaningful moments of connection. Together, these experiences create the conditions for you to reconnect with your values, trust your intuition, and return home with a renewed sense of alignment. This retreat is for women who are longing to: reconnect with themselves after caring for everyone else make decisions from inner clarity instead of outside pressure trust their own intuition again live with greater authenticity and ease carry the peace of retreat back into everyday life Guiding Question: What feels most true to who I am? We have 5 simple and comfortable rooms that encourage getting back to center. One rooms is a double twin, two rooms have 3 beds to a room, shared retreat style, unless you book with a partner and can be 2 to a room, depending on the number of people signed up and for an additional fee. One tiny home and one cabin can be booked for a private cabin or shared. Our restroom facilities are simple and comfortable--our CLEAN AND SERVICED WEEKLY portaloo shared only by your new friends at the retreat, and a composting toilet in the shower room. All overnight rooms have an chamber pot for ease at night if needed. The cabin has its own composting toilet, kitchen, and shower. Our shared shower room has spa-like luxury with a rainhead and handheld showerhead, very hot water, and included eco-friendly shower products. Escape to the charm of rustic accommodations, where simplicity meets serenity. Nestled in nature, our cozy retreat offers a genuine escape from the hustle, inviting you to unwind in the embrace of natural beauty. Embrace the allure of simplicity, with thoughtfully designed spaces that blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Experience a retreat where rustic charm meets modern comfort, creating a unique haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. This retreat space is intentionally close to nature. There is no light pollution which means extraordinary starlit skies. There are no street lamps, only minimal motion lighting in key areas. You may encounter the occasional insect, frog song, or glimpse of wildlife (deer, birds) gentle reminders that you are sharing space with the natural world. The retreat is also pesticide free, keeping the land and our visitors healthier. This is a peaceful, rustic sanctuary where simplicity supports nervous system calm. If you appreciate quiet, dark skies, fresh mountain air, and a bit of earthy charm that inspires joy and wonder, you will likely feel right at home here.

Needing to take some down-time for self-care as I have a very busy work and home-life schedule. I love this area specifically and it's quite close to my home. I loved the offering of yoga, meditation and sound healing as a part of the weekend's activities since these are all desirable practices for me. It was also an ideal length and landed on a weekend. I gained self-validation and learning a couple new self-care and anxiety reduction strategies.

The location itself is magical, healing, honest, cathartic. I enjoyed many rich nature moments here. This was so supportive as I was navigating internal heaviness at the end of a very difficult week and life season. Dawn, the owner/facilitator, was not only warm and inviting, she also embodies peace and nurturing spirit. This translated as a feeling of safety. Additionally, she creates these experiences very intentionally, as her offerings held such quality, depth, and informed utilization of her skills and wealth of knowledge. She interacts so kindly with attendees, while bringing quiet strength and support. She offers this, while also brilliantly cultivating healing, enriching experiences, and knowledge sharing, by melding her wealth of knowledge and expertise into each offering. I look forward to returning again soon, thank you, Dawn!

I'm dealing with a major life change. I chose this retreat because of the location, reasonable cost, vegan meal options and sound healing. What I liked most was the personal attention I received and the small group size. I felt more grounded and more emotionally open.

Most Restorative Retreat Things were stressful at home and I was not taking time for myself. I was interested in sound healing, and the setting looked beautiful. I was able to take time for myself, share sacred space with other women, and set my intentions to be more mindful and open. This retreat was really special—it was laid back and incredibly restorative. Dawn is a skilled sound healer who is wise, easygoing, compassionate, and truly open-hearted. She provided a beautiful space for us to grow, heal, and connect with ourselves and others. Dawn—thank you so much for everything! This was my first experience doing a retreat and it was so uplifting and special.

Connect with Other Women I was going through a life transition. It was on duration, priced fairly and close to my location as well as offered sound healing, which I am interested in continuing cultivating and practicing. I was able to connect with other women who are going through different paths in life and it helped me feel more secure in my life decisions.

Safe Space to Relax, Pray, Meditate I wanted to wrap up my healing journey close to nature. Besides wanting to experience sound healing, I wanted time away from life's responsibilities. This retreat allowed a safe space for me to relax, pray, meditate - all the things I needed to get back in a better headspace. The hostess, Dawn, has a gentle and kind spirit. She made us women feel comfortable and validated.

Inner Wolf is Transformational! I wanted to experience a retreat for a long time, and this felt like a reflective, approachable option for a good price. I wanted to reflect on my personal/work life balance. I liked the location (still in the Smokey Mountains, but not too close to home), the sound therapies used, the pictures of the rustic location, the writing style of the ad, and the pricing was clear and fair. I feel inspired! It was wonderful to really connect with these women and feel their energies transform. I feel refreshed from the experience. Dawn is truly wonderful, and she creates a wonderful space for people to explore at their own pace!

Inner Wolf Retreat Space I needed to recharge and get Inner Peace on some personal issues and just relax. I initially chose this retreat because it was driving distance and it was reasonably priced and also it was Rustic and that was what I was looking for. It was a complete BONUS that it has sound healing, meditation, light yoga, great food! I went in with the Intention to get recharged from being overworked but I came out with such a healing peaceful overview on life and felt blessed to experience this journey. Dawn is Loving and Kind and really cares about you! She has done a fabulous job with the property and keeping it a Rustic space in nature but providing a comfortable stay. The weekend was just a complete WOW for me ... from the Sound healing experience (which was amazing btw) to the cacao ceremony and lots of other exercises they incorporate that really help your soul to heal. They gave us enough down time to relax and enjoy the property (which is so tranquil with the running creek). The food was fresh and nourishing and plenty of it. I can't said enough good things about this retreat. I will be going back for sure!

The retreat helped me to relax and get more in balance. It helped me to open my mind to new thoughts, direction, and intuitive feelings. Because I came to the retreat, I got to listen to my inner self more and realized I needed to release/let go of certain things.

Self Love Retreat. I returned for this weekend retreat (Friday-Sunday) curated by Dawn. In addition to three blissful gong sessions, we enjoyed Reiki, a manifestation and prayer circle, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and cozy times by the wood-fired stove (February). The meals were delicious! Dawn had thoughtfully prepared special touches and surprises. It was relaxing and heartwarming! It took a week or maybe even to process. The effects were profound.
