Coming Home to Yourself: A Women's Retreat for Self-Trust & Inner Alignment As summer gives way to autumn, we're invited to return to what feels true. This restorative women's retreat offers space to reconnect with your own inner compass through sound healing, nature, and quiet reflection. Listen for the life that feels most like your own. There are seasons in life when we slowly drift away from ourselves. Not all at once, but little by little. We become busy caring for others, meeting expectations, responding to responsibilities, and keeping up with the pace of everyday life. Somewhere along the way, it can become difficult to recognize what we truly need, what we genuinely desire, or what feels most authentic to us. This retreat is an invitation to come home. Coming Home to Yourself is a restorative weekend designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass through sound healing, deep rest, time in nature, and spacious reflection. Here, you'll be invited to gently remember who you have always been beneath the noise, expectations, and busyness of life. As your nervous system settles and your mind grows quieter, clarity often begins to emerge—not because you're trying harder to find answers, but because you've created enough space to hear your own inner wisdom. Throughout the weekend, you'll experience immersive sound healing, Yoga Nidra, contemplative walks, nourishing meals, quiet journaling, and meaningful moments of connection. Together, these experiences create the conditions for you to reconnect with your values, trust your intuition, and return home with a renewed sense of alignment. This retreat is for women who are longing to: reconnect with themselves after caring for everyone else make decisions from inner clarity instead of outside pressure trust their own intuition again live with greater authenticity and ease carry the peace of retreat back into everyday life Guiding Question: What feels most true to who I am? We have 5 simple and comfortable rooms that encourage getting back to center. One rooms is a double twin, two rooms have 3 beds to a room, shared retreat style, unless you book with a partner and can be 2 to a room, depending on the number of people signed up and for an additional fee. One tiny home and one cabin can be booked for a private cabin or shared. Our restroom facilities are simple and comfortable--our CLEAN AND SERVICED WEEKLY portaloo shared only by your new friends at the retreat, and a composting toilet in the shower room. All overnight rooms have an chamber pot for ease at night if needed. The cabin has its own composting toilet, kitchen, and shower. Escape to the charm of rustic accommodations, where simplicity meets serenity. Nestled in nature, our cozy retreat offers a genuine escape from the hustle, inviting you to unwind in the embrace of natural beauty. Embrace the allure of simplicity, with thoughtfully designed spaces that blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
