The work includes inner child integration, personalized somatic or energy support, and a nervous system mapping session that helps you understand your unique patterns and capacity for rest. Full-Day Private VIP Retreat — General Schedule (7 Hours) 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Arrival and Opening Circle We begin with a gentle welcome, grounding practices, and intention setting. This time allows you to arrive fully, settle into the space, orient to safety, and connect with what brought you here for this day of deep nervous system support. 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Shared Breakfast A nourishing, regulation-supportive breakfast is served in a calm, natural setting. This shared meal supports parasympathetic activation, easeful connection, and mindful nourishment to begin the day in a settled state. 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM: Foundations of Nervous System Regulation An in-depth exploration of nervous system science, including polyvagal theory, stress physiology, and survival responses. You’ll learn how your unique system organizes around safety, threat, and connection, with practical, body-based tools to build capacity for rest and resilience. 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Somatic Practices, Gentle Breathwork, and Movement Guided somatic awareness, slow breathwork, and gentle movement designed to support downregulation and increase internal safety. All practices are trauma-informed, choice-based, and paced to honor your body’s signals and limits. 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM: Emotional Attunement and Inner Child Integration A deeper emotional session focused on relational patterns, stored emotional responses, and unmet needs held in the body. This work supports self-attunement, compassion, and reconnection with younger parts of yourself in a safe, supported way. 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Restorative Lunch and Integration Break A nourishing lunch with time for rest, reflection, and unstructured integration. You may choose quiet time, journaling, nature immersion, or gentle conversation, allowing your nervous system to absorb the morning work. 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM: Personalized Somatic and Energy Support Session Individualized support tailored to your nervous system’s needs. This may include optional hands-on somatic work, nervous system repatterning, energy clearing, or other supportive interventions, always guided by consent and comfort. 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Nervous System Mapping and Integration Planning Together, we map your specific nervous system patterns, stress responses, triggers, and regulation pathways. You’ll co-create a clear, practical integration plan with personalized practices designed for your daily life. 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Closing Reflection and Circle We close with guided reflection, meaning-making, and grounding. This time supports consolidation of insights, honoring the work completed, and gently transitioning back into daily life. Post-Retreat Support Following the retreat, you’ll receive your personalized written integration plan via email, along with curated resources and continued support for questions as you implement the practices in your life.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 7 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 7 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 7 days before the retreat begins.
