Meals during the retreat will be served in the Omega Institute Dining Hall and are designed to be nourishing, wholesome, and community-centered. Participants will enjoy three delicious meals per day, included with your stay, in a buffet-style setting where you can connect with others and start your day grounded and well-fed. The cuisine at Omega is primarily plant-based and mostly vegetarian, with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients emphasizing local, organic, nutrient-dense whole foods. While the focus is on vegetarian fare, there are vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary-friendly options available at every meal, and the kitchen takes care to offer choices that accommodate a variety of food preferences and common allergies. Typical meals include a mix of fresh salads, soups, cooked vegetables and grains, nourishing main dishes (often bean-based or plant-centric), and cuisine that reflects diverse cultural flavors. There are also snacks, beverages, and desserts available in the on-site café for additional variety.
