The cuisine at Omega is primarily plant-based and mostly vegetarian, with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients emphasizing local, organic, nutrient-dense whole foods. While the focus is on vegetarian fare, there are vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary-friendly options available at every meal, and the kitchen takes care to offer choices that accommodate a variety of food preferences and common allergies.
