I rarely write reviews but I want to show some appreciation for this place where the spirit of yoga is truly lived and felt. I took the TTC in January 2024 and it was perfectly organized from start to end, you receive your weekly schedule at the beginning of each week and it has a great balance between yoga intensity, studying philosophy, art of teaching and anatomy and also just having free time. The true gems of this place are the teachers and to what degree they incorporate the spirit of yoga, each one has their own deep expertise and experience and they are thereby able to teach from the heart and not only from the mind. Santosh in yoga philosophy does an incredible job in merging different worldviews and Eastern philosophies (not only yoga philosophy but also Samkhya and Dhamma) with more secular and science-based concepts and teaches in a very open-minded, discourse engaging way. Also he is just the funniest and most approachable teacher ever! Surya and Kat in the yoga classes make you understand what it means to teach yoga from the heart and not from the textbook. They teach in a very refreshing authentic and individual style, so nicely different from the 15-20min power vinyase youtube yoga that is so common right now. It makes you go to new places within yourself on top of the training itself. Also Paula in anatomy and James in more physiology based training are just so good in what they are doing and also very lovely human beings. Konstanza and Angela at reception are just the most well organized and loving people and make sure that everyone feels heard and is having a good time. You don’t have to worry about anything while you are here and you can fully focus on your own personal development. Also Aravind who is teaching meditation now is a great meditation and breathwork teacher. The location of the center, at the dead end of a calm road, and the facilities are also just top-notch. You can just sometimes hear some partiy beats from Summer Salts on the weekends. I had the single bungalow and it was absolutely perfect and sufficient. Food is obviously also great and healthy. Sri Thanu is also a nice cute place to discover and lots of cute restaurants and cake shops in walking distance (dinner is not included in TTC). Lastly, the TTC is of course also about the other participants and my group was just a very fabuluous group of diverse and open minded people from all over the world. Some of the biggest learning I take with me did not come from the classes but just from deep conversations with other participants. My only two cents are maybe that there could be a bit more intense meditation practice (it was only 30min each day) and that one needs to be careful about not overemphasizing on social media content as it might attract a specific more pseudo spiritual crowd. So grateful to have ended up here and leaving this place with a heart full of love. Congratulations to the founders for creating this place and please keep the authentic spirit. I hope to be back some day! 🙏

The 200-hr YTT at One Yoga is a very honest course. The course is very intense (as it should be), and as a result we learnt so much about yoga. I did not imagine I would leave the course with such deep yogic knowledge. The teachers were the best part. Surya, Raj, Paula, Konstanza and Aravind are all dedicated yogis who have a wealth of knowledge, I am glad that I could take a part of their knowledge back with me. The student group was 26, at times it felt a bit crowded, but we managed. The location is great by the beach. The facilities are top class. I stayed in the Beachfront Bungalow. When I step out of the bungalow, is the beautiful beach. Very safe to swim (when time permits). There are two large double beds there, so it is easy to share. There is a big concrete block built at the end of the bed (not sure of its purpose?), I tripped very badly over it going to the toilet half-asleep in the middle of the night in the dark. I was badly injured but the office lady was very helpful with the first aid. Need to be extra careful walking in the dark at night. The food was very nutritious, delicious and had a lot of variety. I had a bad reaction to the processed soya meat products, so I avoided those dishes. There were many other choices. Everyone from the kitchen staff, office staff, cleaning staff, and the fellow students were all very supportive and pleasant. I had a wonderful 30 days inside that yoga bubble immune from the outside chaotic and at times unforgiving world. I came out as a different person. I will definitely go back there to refresh my yoga skills, and enjoy the surroundings, this time for a more relaxing retreat (they offer 1, 2 or 3 weeks). The retreat attendees also joined us during the meal times, and they seemed more relaxed. I can strongly recommend this YTT to anyone who wants to seriously learn yoga and committed. It is better to go prepared with good background knowledge about yoga. However, there were a couple of total beginners who managed perfectly well.

My 200-hour YTT at One Yoga was almost a year ago, and I still think back on it every day. I never would have imagined the experience would be so transformative and profound. Yoga is understood as a holistic approach here, and I was able to take many valuable aspects with me for my life. All the staff were always very dedicated and caring, and the teachers were extremely competent. We were guided well through the program, and I always felt comfortable and well looked after. The facility is beautifully situated by the sea and is very well maintained and clean. The food is also delicious, and they put a lot of effort into creating a fresh and varied buffet every time. It was a wonderful time, and I would recommend One Yoga to anyone.

On the 13th of January I finished the ytt 200h @One Yoga. Now 10 days later I wish I could return time and live it all over. I remember when I was searching the web for a fitting yoga teacher training and felt like it was hard to make a choice. Saw many schools and read lots of reviews. For a reason One Yoga caught my eye and I kept coming back to their website. First it was because of the duration of 28 days, then because of the location and the photos of the food etc. I followed my intuition and booked. Still remember the first I arrived. Can’t believe time went by so fast. From day 1 it felt like magic and super safe. It might feel a bit scary, but I can assure you every day was super special. I have learned so much about yoga, anatomy, yoga philosophy, mantra singing, meditation and also myself. The teachers were so professional and dedicated. Every day they brought the best of energy and shared their knowledge on a really accessible understanding way. They are so inspiring and lovely. Miss them so much ❤️ The rest of the students became family and I love them all!!!!!! Miss you so much Maybe it seems like a bit too much but I’m really not exaggerating. It feels like I’m actually missing words to express this experience. Let’s not forget about the lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Whenever you need something they were there for you always. Did I mention the location and the food already? Breathtaking!

I stayed 4 weeks doing the YTT, not only I learned how to teach, it was so much more! One yoga provides an intensive program with a safe space to go through it. The office staff is great, specially Constance who always greeted with a smile and solved everything in a heartbeat. Kat was my teacher for teaching, she is outstanding, an experienced professional who shows strength and kindness at the same time✨ Santosh will leave you curious on Yogic Philosophy you want it or not, the topics are super well explained for all levels of knowledge. Ask him about the turtle story, it was one of my favorites. Paula makes anatomy easygoing for us beginners, one of my biggest takes from this class was to accept different bone structures influence how asanas look. She is amazing. All in all, I am extremely grateful I got to live one month in paradise while learning so much about yoga and about myself. Definetly recommended

I just completed the four-week Yoga Teacher Training at OneYoga, and it has been a profound journey of transformation—from the inside out. My body feels freer and lighter. My energy flows more smoothly. My emotions feel more detached and balanced. My mind is clearer than ever. My intuition comes more easily. And my professional path feels even more meaningful. This training has allowed me to connect with higher consciousness and has given me new tools to guide my clients with confidence. Combining coaching and yoga has opened an inspiring new chapter in my life. I’m grateful to have experienced this metamorphosis with OneYoga and such an inspiring group of teachers and friends. Merci ⭐

Beautiful and fantastic experience doing my yoga teacher training here. I love the teachers. They are so kind, authentic and knowledgeable. There is a good variety so you are getting a lot out of the program between yoga, anatomy, philosophy, the art of teaching. the campus itself is stunning and makes you feel so at home between the lovely rooms and the staff that are so helpful and kind and really lovely shalas. The food is absolutely amazing with fresh fruit and yogurt every morning for breakfast along with other options, and lunch every day has many vegetables that are fresh and delicious and a variety of cuisines.

The only downside of One Yoga is that it’s hard to say goodbye… From the very first inquiry through the one-month Yoga Teacher Training course, the team was kind and welcoming. The teachers are excellent, professional, supportive, and truly inspiring. The place is magical, with the perfect beach. The food is absolutely delicious, prepared by a professional and caring kitchen staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The course was a wonderful mix of practice, study, and meeting amazing people. I left with a full heart and can’t wait to come back 🥰

It's absolutely the best place that I could choose for my 200 TTC, The one yoga team is extremely prepared, the wisdom and the kindness of the teachers guided me through this incredible adventure. The course is an intense, rich journey into what is YOGA. I got tools to live healthier and happier my life. The course and what I lived touched me deeply. What I learn, the people, the smells, the places, the classes are treasures for life. If there is the possibility to do the 300 TTC I'll be back! ONE LOVE, ONE YOGA!!!
